The room was clean and the staff friendly. We stay frequently and always enjoy it!

The room was spotless. The staff were very kind and very helpful.

The room was beautiful and clean. Very comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and greeted us when we walked by. I asked one of the cleaners on our floor for some coffee for the room as we slept in and didn’t have it cleaned. He was very helpful. I offered him a tip and he didn’t take it. The staff must be well cared for if they don’t expect tips. Great stay and we will be back again.

It was very busy at check out. We waited for a long time for an elevator. Access to a luggage cart (without having to use a valet) would have made leaving easier.

Waterpark is not included, i was so excited to go and at the hotel they said that is not included and i have to buy a ticket

Was given the wrong room. Bed size was different and the bathroom wasn’t what Expedia had detailed in the description.

Room was nice other than only 1 chair. A room with 2 queen beds should have 2 chairs and a small table for room service. Hotel was fairly loud, so wouldn’t recommend for couples wanting a quiet stay - family oriented experience I guess because of the waterpark. However, we heard all the noise from the room above us and kids crying and yelling in the hallways. Walls are thin!!

Very clean areas, super friendly staff and what a truly amazing spa experience!! Lots of options for food from the quick coffee to the convenience store all the way up to a grand buffet and a signature Italian restaurant. The check in and optional valet service is first class and sets the tone for your stay. Attentive staff and quality in every single aspect. I recommend this hotel and I will definitely return!!!

Clean rooms friendly service staff. The only comment I have is the cost of parking , which is pricey . Almost 60 dollars to park.

Clean rooms and staff plus amenities great. The only downfall is the elevators take forever and no stair access to the lobby.

We always enjoy this location. We’ve stayed multiple times. We enjoy the fact that it’s near everything, staff is super friendly and the rooms are a good size! Definitely recommend!

The bed was supposed to be a queen size, but it was the smallest queen size bed I have ever layed on. it felt more like a double bed.

Great stay overall. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the view can be beautiful depending on which side you’re on. The only downside was the HVAC being a little noisy, especially at night. Other than that, the location is excellent — just steps from the Falls, Clifton Hill, restaurants, and attractions. Would stay again for the convenience alone.

Everything was excellent! Big shout out to Justin the vallet..he went above n beyond when we first got there to make our visit that much more special!
