During my stay, there was a strong marijuana smell coming from neighboring rooms and throughout the hallway, despite this being a non-smoking hotel. The smoke caused asthma-related breathing issues and resulted in excessive use of my inhaler throughout the stay. Guests were fraternizing and drinking in the hallways, leaving very little room to comfortably walk through the corridors. Alcohol bottles and trash were also left throughout the hallways for extended periods of time. Several times throughout my stay, I contacted the front desk to complain about the conditions. Security or an officer would briefly clear the hallway, but shortly afterward the same individuals would return, sitting on coolers, drinking, and continuing the disruptive behavior. The issues were ongoing and never properly resolved. The only solution offered by management was for us to move to a downgraded room, which I found very insulting considering we were not the cause of the disturbances or misconduct. Rather than properly addressing the behavior of the disruptive guests, it felt as though we were inconvenienced further for simply expecting a safe and peaceful environment. In addition, the guest children were repeatedly running up and down the hallway playing hockey throughout the evening, including during the hotel’s listed quiet hours. Loud music and excessive noise also continued during those hours, making it difficult to rest and enjoy the stay.

Everything was good. The room was spacious and clean.

Well located with the waterpark and many eating facilities indoors which was great as it was a cold weekend. Room was nice but cold water tap was broken. Very clean and front desk service was great. Close to Clifton Hill and American falls but 20 minutes from main falls. Overall a good quality hotel.

I booked the Sheraton through Expedia for a room for my husband and teenage son for a birthday celebration. We were charged an 'extra guest' fee even though the hotel listing clearly states that the room sleeps 5, and the Expedia receipt clearly stated that there was a maximum of 5 adults per room. At first Expedia/Sheraton said they would remove the 'extra guest' charge. A few days later they sent an email rescinding that, saying it is a non-refundable charge and kept the 'extra guest' charge on my bill. ***Moral of story: Check your receipts when booking through Expedia/Sheraton. Shady AF business practices*** "Guest charges and accommodation capacity Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 5. Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 5."

Good clean room overlooking the American Falls. Friendly helpful staff. Municipal parking adjacent to the hotel with indoor access to the hotel. Casino connected to the hotel. Access to Hard Rock Cafe for outstanding meal. Starbucks in the lobby for morning coffee. Hot hotel breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices, although not included in room price, with restaurant having outstanding views of the Falls in 13th floor. Peaceful, cozy room. Clean bathroom, well appointed. Comfortable walking distance to Canadian Falls. Excellent hotel.

Beautiful view & close to all of the attractions!

The hotel was beautiful. We had a view of the falls… breathtaking. The room was comfortable, we had a suite with a fireplace and sitting area. There were stairs that went up to the area with king size bed and another bathroom with a hot tub. We were very happy with our upgrade. The Spa at the hotel was beautiful, also with a view of the falls. We had a couples massage there. So great!

Be prepared to spend. Everything is an add on. But it is really nice there

Our room was always clean & fresh. The food stores were good, but they did not open very early for morning coffee or breakfast. Times for shops were not listed. Staff & servers gave excellent service.

I was disappointed in the housekeeping. They did not really clean our room… replace cups/glasses . One bed was left unmade and both were not made well or tucked in. I don’t think the sheets were changed. I also found a folded top sheet thrown inside my suitcase. The price of parking overnight is OUTRAGEOUS and too far to cart your suitcases to the Hotel. It cost me $140 for LUNCH at The Rainforest Cafe … I had a hamburger and fries, my son had a pulled pork sandwich and fries , and we each had a Pina Colada… and not the souvenir one’s! These prices are crazy expensive! We usually go to Disney World every year for a Week for about $1,000 more than I paid for 3 nights at this location. We wanted to stay in Canada, but really get screwed over with the prices of things! No wonder so many Americans travel here! It was an ok experience.. but we won’t be returning. Sadly it’s too expensive to travel in Canada!
