My stay at the hotel was overall fine, but there are a few points that I believe could greatly improve the guest experience. I noticed that several of my colleagues received complimentary amenities such as a kettle, coffee, bottled water, bathrobe, slippers and a shoehorn. However, in my stays here (and this is not the first time I’ve stayed), I have never had any of these items in my room. Additionally, I was quite cold this time: the heating didn’t warm up the room even when set to the highest level, and the only available cover was the duvet. For a hotel of this category, better temperature control or additional options to keep the room warm would be appreciated. The staff was friendly, but I believe it would be important to review the consistency of the service across rooms and ensure that all guests have access to the same amenities.

The reception staff were very friendly, and the facilities were generally clean. However, my room didn't have a refrigerator, and there were some issues with the housekeeping service. Still, it was a relatively satisfactory stay.

Loved this place in Wolfsburg, quite walkable to the station, just across the street. Looked quite modern with rooms quite clean and spacious. Beds and linens were comfortable and clean. Ample parking space. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was decent, few options for vegetarians.

Very nice Hotel near VW and the train station. Friendly ans helping staff. Superb room

The hotel is located just on the opposite side of the main train station, about 5 Min walking to the main shopping street, great location and trendy interior. Most of the staff are quite friendly and nice, except the big lady with black hair in breakfast room. She has a fake smile and hard tone (at least to me). As i asked for coffee to go cup, the answer was NO immediately, dry and hard... that should not be the service attitude for a hotel like that. On the day of check out, as I took my trolley to breakfast, her tone was almost like an order that I should put it to reception, in the meanwhile she explained the German guests to move the luggage to reception with a nice smile....
