WiFi didn’t work on 5th floor our first day and staff didn’t really care to look into it. Hair dryer was broken and had air coming out cracks in tube then burned my hand. Very noisy even on 5th floor, and the fan for our “ac” was even more noisy. Close to metro and shops which was nice. Did not have breakfast here.

Overall was fine for a place to sleep but was very warm at night to sleep, room was basic and tidy, however there was more than two staying in the room with us 🐭

Good location in interesting neighbourhood. Metro stop not far. Good restaurants nearby. Rooms a little small but adequate. Overall a good three star choice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, great surrounding area

Hotel is very outdated. Rooms are very small with a tiny narrow hallway meaning navigating with a pram and luggage was difficult. Asked the hotel for an iron and they didn't have one. Beds were made each day but very basic. Wouldn't return to this hotel.

The hotel was dirty, the shower didn’t work, no air conditioning, the property is falling apart. In the middle of the summer I wouldn’t go to this place, the only source of air we had was the window (very loud outside) and one little tiny fan. The sheets were so gross, the bed cover looked like it wasn’t washed in years. Just don’t go here unless you are extremely broke and this is all you can afford.

Great place and the staff is very polite. They really put in an effort so that you understand that you are in their care.

When we arrived, the wi-fi wasn’t working and we were told they couldn’t fix it until midnight because they only have one employee working at the hotel and he couldn’t leave the desk! There is no air-conditioning, the rooms are small and cramped, there was a weird smell we couldn’t get rid of, the shower had no curtain or glass separating the tub from the rest of the bathroom, the beds were uncomfortable and the elevator was extremely small and slow. This was described as a 3-star hotel, but it really is more on par with a budget motel.

Location is good but room is old. No air conditioning in the room, so we have to open the window. The area is very noisy til 2, 3am in the morning, it was difficult to get good sleep during the stay.

Super location, 20 minute walk to the opera garnier and right across the road from a convenient Metro line. We arrived before check in and the receptionist allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. The hotel was older, but the triple room we booked was spacious and clean. Good value for money and I’d definitely stay here again.

Room was clean enough, however there were issues. Plug sockets coming away from the walls, bed was broken. Biggest problem was the noise. On Friday evening all we could hear when we were trying to sleep was the noise from the bar on the same street as the hotel is on. The noise finally stopped when it close in the early hours of the morning. The windows were closed but the noise was coming through the air vents which could not be closed.

Small rooms. Not much amenities. Safe comes with additional cost. Breakfast basics. No AC. Heating, but was not needed during stay. Noisy neighborhood.

An excellent hotel for the people who want to keep tradition.
