Air climatisé non fonctionnel dans la chambre

Cet hôtel a besoin de rénovations! Les photos sont très bien prises pour éviter de montrer à quel point les chambres sont vieilles avec du tapis… un bain des années 80… On doit réserver le gym et une seule personne peut y aller à la fois. La piscine est fermée pour rénovations… Par contre, le personnel est très gentil, accueillant et serviable! La nourriture au Tomahawk est excellente!

Toilet seat was not cleaned (had piss on it….) on arrival, with boogers on the wall next to toilet paper. Room was okay and mattress a bit firm. What was horrible is that every little noise could be heard as if it was next to me. While the room was next to the stairs, the noise was unbearable and made my sleep horrible. Friday night was the worst, while noises from the stairs could eventually be bearable, guests would scream, talk and laugh all the night, waking me up multiple times. Could not recommend anyone a stay there.

This was by far the worst hotel we’ve stayed at in a while. The hotel was full of very intoxicated people being very loud all night long. They were screaming, banging on doors and being obnoxious at 2 am. The room was boiling hot and the thermo pump wasn’t working. It constantly made a very loud noise all night long that kept us all awake. The shower head was shorter than I was, and I’m 5ft10. When I went to the front desk to see if we could be moved or someone could take a look at the problem with the thermopump, I was told nothing could be done. We spent almost 500$ for a weekend there. It was not worth the price at all. No one comes to clean your room during your stay. I would give it 0 stars if it was possible.

BEDS ARE TERRIBLE! With the price you need better mattresses

The public jacuzzi was a dream come true after a long day of skiing. Beautiful room, clean, able to microwave leftovers. Close to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. I felt blessed to stay here :)

Ils n'ont pas annulé ma réservation. J'ai fait la réservation par erreur (une journée de différence), mais l'hotel a décidé de me charger quand même. L'hotel n'était pas plein d'une façon l'autre, c'était leur décision. Expédia/Hotels.com ont essayé (ils m'ont aidé dans le passé). Je ne retournerai plus à la Saguenéenne.

Oui la chambre était parfaite ainsi que le déjeuner au restaurant de l’hôtel. Le personnel était très réticent à nous rembourser notre dernière nuit malgré une urgence familiale. Après mon chat avec le service d’hôtel.com ils ont été d’accord.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Le niveau de chlore dans la piscine/spa était tellement fort que le maillot de bain de ma femme a totalement décoloré et la direction de l’hôtel a ignoré toute responsabilité. La chambre était totalement désuète avec du tapis et du stuco mur à mur. La plomberie fait un bruit anormal la nuit. Un dépôt de 100$/nuit est facturé au départ sur votre carte de crédit. Pour toutes ces raisons je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !!!
