Amazing hotel incredibly clean and well maintained, staff go above and beyond every day. the food was out of this world and service was perfect. you will pay handsomely for the privilege of staying at this property but once you realise that everything must be delivered by barge and removed by barge it is easy to see how the cost of maintaining this unique building comes at a cost. the staff are very skilled and attentive and will do just about anything to make your stay more enjoyable. if you have the opportunity to visit Venice i would highly recommend this hotel for location and proximity to all things tourist and the comfort of the stay and the great food and drink it has it all.

The St. Regis Hotel is the most beautiful and romantic 5-star hotel in Venice, located on the Grand Canal near St. Mark's Square. It has the most attentive and helpful staff, that you will ever find in this magical city. There are many great hotels in Venice, but if you want a truly romantic grand hotel, the St. Regis is your absolute best choice. The rooms at the beautiful St. Regis are well appointed and perfectly clean, but the real value of this hotel is the staff, especially their Concierge and Front Desk personnel. On our recent stay I made several arrangements through the Concierge staff, and their level of service was outstanding. They arranged water taxi services, had the most beautiful custom flower arrangement prepared for my wife, and made reservations for dinner at an excellent local restaurant and at their hotel restaurant. They even arranged two (2) excellent private tours by English speaking guides for my wife & I to properly tour the best of this historic town. The breakfasts and dinner at their restaurant (Gio’s) were delicious. They also offer a fantastic high tea in the afternoons and an occasional champagne sabering ceremony that is truly impressive. The St. Regis staff regularly went out of their way to make our stay at their hotel special. They even procured a complete hair styling kit including the electrical adapter when my wife’s stopped working, and they did it in minutes. We will definitely be returning to this romantic grand hotel in Venice.

They ran our Amex and reserved the full stay. They then ran another charge for the full stay. We were basically double charged until we brought it to everyone ‘a attention.

The hotel is beautiful and gorgeously set on the water with beautiful views. The only complaint I had was that it was very hard to find once I got off of the water taxi/ferry from the airport at St. Marks Square with no signage to indicate where it was, even within a few hundred feet of the hotel.

Our stay at The St. Regis Venice was absolutely fantastic. From the start, the staff was so helpful and attentive, ensuring that every detail was perfect. We requested connected rooms, and not only did they accommodate this, but they also gave us an amazing upgrade, which was such a pleasant surprise. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a warm, elegant atmosphere that made us feel instantly at ease. We also arranged a private transfer through the hotel, and it was completely seamless. The third-party company they worked with was excellent—professional, punctual, and exactly the kind of high-quality service you’d expect from a hotel like this. Every interaction with the staff was lovely, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making our stay special. From the smooth logistics to the little thoughtful touches, everything added up to an amazing experience. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, and I’ll definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Pricey as expected but accommodation and services didn't meet accompanying expectations.

The property was immaculate, a few from our terrace was stunning, and every single staff member was kind, pleasant and super helpful.

Breakfast was amaizing. your two bar was exellent. and The location of the hotel is very convenient. my only complain is we stayed room 4327 and all the pillows was not smeling good please check .

We stayed at the St. Regis for 6 nights in July for our second time. It fully lived up to our high expectations, and the hospitality/service was even better than the last time. This is THE best place to stay in Venice, and the location is unbeatable. Special thanks to Andy and Adriana at the front desk for taking care of all of our requests and for going above and beyond, Veronica at breakfast for her warm hospitality, Alessio at the dock for his helpfulness, Mahaman and the house keeping team for their attention to detail, and to the entire team at St. Regis for making our stay so enjoyable! Everyone was so nice and our room was magnificent.

I was disappointed in the hotel facilities. I thought this was going to be our favorite hotel. We paid the most for the rooms and wanted it to be a great experience. However, it just wasn't. We just felt like the service was not up to par and the rooms were insufficient. The bathrooms were uncomfortable and we could mot walk past our bed without hitting the tv. While we were in our terrible room, the ceiling began to leak and flooded the floor. A repairman was sent to fix it while we were in the room. We asked to be moved and the hotel did comply and gave us a nice gift. The restaurant at the hotel was very nice on the water but when my son showed up in flip flops, we were initially turned away. Overall, I felt like the facility was old and dated, took tol long for checkin and rooms were small and uncomfortable. Location was good, but likely would not pay that price again for the same experience.
