The top floor view was excellent with both ocean and park view together. The hotel was very clean and staff was very polite and accommodating with our needs. We could walk around the most part of Yumebutai without getting wet when the weather was bad. Please be aware that the hotel store does not have any decent food option (i.e. quick bites like onigiri or sandwiches) and the other store, which offers fast foods in Yumebutai closes around 4 pm, so without having a car there, you have to plan your meal if you don't want to eat at the hotel restaurants (expensive for what they are) everyday.

Supreme Japanese hospitality. The amiable staff enjoyed every minute of my stay. It is a beautiful site to explore the area with fantastic nature and architecture around the hotel. Highly recommended.

Buffet dinner and breakfast both were nice but I was asked to pay 5500 jpy for an upgrade to get a room on higher floor. I declined the offer and when I got into my room i realised I got a room with no view at all. I paid hkd 2100 for the room- with zero view.

Very clean and hygenic

Staff was extremely kind, and helped us very quickly at any question, and with very precise information. Food was good, with a lot of options to choose from. Rooms were very spacious and clear, our 3 kids enjoyed the large space.

The hotel is large, clean and comfortable with everything we were looking for for our stay. However, we were shocked that the hotel charges extortionate additional fees to use the pool - over JPY4,000 per adult for max. 3 hours. In the majority of the world there is no additional cost for pool use, while common in Japan to charge something despite rooms already being expensive, but this is the highest additional cost we have experienced so want to warn other travelers.

It was our second time to stay here but our first time in the summer. Check in was quick and smooth but unfortunately one of the rooms was not ready. A different room was quickly given to us but not close by. We were hoping to use the pool but it was too costly for the four of us and we decided to use the money for the buffet dinner.

The room was nice and the sea view was magnificent. Have a great night there.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, but we were not prepared for a few things. First, there aren't many alternatives to hotel dining in the area, so the cost of meals adds up. Also, even though it's supposed to be a resort, we paid 3,000yen extra each to use the pool for one afternoon. In order to use it the following morning, we had to pay another 1,000 yen extra each, so that really increased the cost of our stay despite the already high cost of the room. The outdoor pool was very nice and we really enjoyed it, but we wished these extra costs has been made clearer when we made the booking.

Family of four had a very nice and comfortable stay. Room was great and on-site yumebutai was interesting. Pool price is a little outrageous though at ¥2300 even for guests.
