Got moved to a different hotel, was very dates, tv remote didn’t work, breakfast wasn’t offered at the new location.

No housekeeping on the weekend did not make sense to me. No Breakfast

Although we were charged full price for this stay we were unable to spend the night due to the construction going on at this place. Only two floors were open and construction mess was all over. DO NOT BOOK this extended stay place posing as a regular hitel. The hotel released our room but refused to refund us v

The property is getting a glow up but they still have a ways to go. The breakfast area is under construction so they offed a bag breakfast that sugar laden and processed. The toilet in our room backed up and the room was humid. Friendly staff though and there are good restaurants nearby.

We arrived, and were told they did not have a room for us, that they canceled our booking! TERRIBLE SERVICE! We were told that they contacted Expedia, and that Expedia was supposed to contact us, to let us know in advance. However, I received no email or phone call from Expedia either!!

Overall a great place to stay, but -- breakfast was only available the first day then moved to sack breakfast as they were remodeling. Moved from first room do to people next door with a kid who beat on the walls late at night -- staff were great about finding another room

I liked the elevator and easy access to a disability room with a walk-in shower. That was safer than a bathtub for my disabled husband. The staff was super nice, helpful, and courteous. Mike helped move us to a better disability room. That was SO helpful. Jaelen helped, too. The young lady who checked us out was great as well. I didn't like that one of the lamps in the room was not working. I wanted to have a little more light to do my puzzle book. It was the lamp closest to the window in the room with a bathtub part of the suite.

The rooms are dated, but they are upgrading them now. Make sure you check to see if it is still under construction. If I had known, I would not have stayed there. Construction noise is loud. Area is not walkable either. Expect to Uber (or get delivery), even to get lunch or dinner. The hotel breakfast is decent.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT! Building is old but they are working on upgrading it. It wasn't the cleanest.

First off. Amazing staff! Jaylen was fantastic and really made our stay. He was welcoming from the moment we walked in and always had a smile on his face. The property is under renovations as it is older but it smelled clean and nice. The included morning breakfast was fantastic. We would stay here again just because of the front desk staff!!!

Staff and property was nice. Sheet had a stain on it and blanket was very thin for the temperature. Trash under the bed. Refrigerator/freezer starting making noises. No problem.with pets, but why put a pet owner next to someone who doesn't have pets. Their dog was howling due to being alone. Also, have to pay for parking on the property which is open, outdoor parking. It's not even secured parking. Our room was not cleaned and had to ask for washcloths both nights. Ridiculous.

My room had a dog pee smell that was unbearable I had to ask them to cancel the room and went to sleep in the couch with my friend in the other room because there were no more rooms available

I've liked the building from te outside, but the inside is too unkempt and there is no daily room cleaning service.

Well, I think I was given the worst room with the poorest view because I used Travelocity LoL... this property appears to be in perpetual renovation, which it does need. Also, I was charged $100.00 for "potential incidentals," which was nowhere on your or the property's website. The front desk said it was a mandatory charge and I would not get my room unless I paid it... but, I should expect to see a credit 3-5 days later. ( I sure hope so!).. A plus was the service. Everyone was very attentive and polite, and the breakfast was also good. Considering the condition of the property and the 100.00 dollar surprise, I will reconsider this location until the renovation and $100.00 deposit is waived. That's just my opinion.

One of the most inconsiderate and rude staff i have ever encountered. My water supply was turned off due to leakage above without informing. When i asked whats the resolution , the reply was " you have half an hour left to your check out time. You should have used the water as necessary by now , we cant do anything". Never going there again.

Loved my stay here, will definitely return. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are great as well, they have a pool, basketball court and large courtyard for you pets!

Will be staying here again. Great location. Clean. Nice people at the front desk. Large suite with 2 bedrooms at a great price. Perfect. 100% satisfied!
