Front desk staff was very accommodating. Stayed here as closest hotel to Roger’s Stadium. Restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. Rooms were adequate. Parking was convenient. I did not use any other amenities at hotel.

Everything was neat and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful

We stayed here to attend a concert at Rogers Stadium. The parking, location, room and staff were all excellent. We needed additional towels and the housekeeping staff was at our door with them in moments. Amazing!

Good hotel

Room was clean and bright as were hallways and lobby area. Staff was very helpful and friendly answering questions and taking care of needs. Location is great, close to underground transportation and breakfast/lunch places. Convenient underground parking area although a bit pricey. Would be nice to have coffee available in lobby. Didn’t utilize the on-site restaurant but heard good things.

We stayed 2 nights and it was amazing. Will definitely be coming back

Check in was unnecessary very long. Our room should’ve been ready at three. We checked in at four it should not had taken 30 plus minutes They did give us a voucher for free breakfast and that was very nice. However, I must say the breakfast was absolutely awful. We did not eat it and I can’t believe that that’s what served for $25 per person! you can do better.

The check in processing was ridiculous. Even if rooms are ready they will not allow check in until 3:00 PM at which point 50 people line up to check at the same time with only 2 attendants available. This was not very helpful as I was with an elderly handicapped person. The carpets need to be properly vacuumed as there were crumbs left behind from prior guests. There are stains splattered behind the bathroom door. The bathroom door needs to be cleaned. The shower curtain was stained, smells and needs to be replaced. This property did not provide value for the money. Overall, very disappointed.

Hard to find the right spot for the parking

Booked our stay 4 months prior. Yet when we arrived for our 3pm check in no rooms were available. It was nearly 5pm when we eventually got a room.

Very Convenient Location

the employee who assisted us in the concierge is very pleasant. the location is great, close to subway (just under the building), close to eateries, Rexall and everything. Room is clean. I hope there''a kettle in the room but didn't tried to asked. Overall great place to stay, i will recommend this hotel.

We had such a good experience staying in the hotel during May holiday long weekend. It was clean, comfortable, and very friendly staff. The hotel has excellent location in the city center and not feel any noise. There are many coffee shops, bars, and various restaurants. I'd highly recommend the hotel to people who are looking for leisure.
