Too load noise from upstairs floor! Old building!

Staff were friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean and spacious. The hot/cold breakfast options were good. Had 3 complaints. The first is, we were in rm 123 and the guest directly above us was either super heavy set and it was creaking everytime they walked around or the ceiling/flooring of the second level is old or was poorly constructed. The second is, there was no microwave. Had to use the microwave in the lobby conference area which was inconvenient. The third is, the jets for the hot tub is broken/strong and splashes up and hits you head and eyes. It's in a great location with lots of food options and is walking distance to downtown Langley and nearby coffee and other shops. Overall, our stay was good. We'd stay here again but not on the first floor.

Everything you want in a hotel room. Clean, quiet pleasant & friendly staff, close to y such as shopping & restaurants & in a safe party to town, all with being reasonably priced

Quiet location, excellent breakfast. Most importantly a comfortable bed thank you

Breakfast was great and the pool was good , the only complaint I have is that the gym opens at 7:00 am and not earlier

The hot tub was not warm enough and the jets were not working properly. Lots of sports teams…running….noisy at night….not good. .

Musty carpets

I found the breakfasted were fantastic and the rooms nice. I enjoyed the swimming and hot tub. Never had any complaints, really liked the 5 day stay.

The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was surprisingly good and fresh! No restaurant on location. The gym was perfect and well equipped for a small space.
