Attentive staff, room available early

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent because it’s right in the middle of the Gothic Quarter, very close to public transportation, restaurants, shops, and even a Farmacia right next door. Our room was lovely, spacious, with a walkout balcony overlooking the front road. Lovely bathroom too! However, housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Whoever “cleaned” our room was a lazy person! All she/he did was to make the beds and replenish the towels. They didn’t replace any of the used coffee cups and didn’t restock the coffee and coffee condiments. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet, so I can’t comment about it.

Excellent staff on front desk

Front desk team was great - were able to hold our bags and then bring them to room before we returned. Room was comfortable and clean and showers had alot of pressure. My only negative was it was very loud - we were on the 100 floor and could hear foot stomping above us throughout the evening and then all of the noises on the street - sounded like garbage trucks going through. None of this is the hotels fault but wanted to share this info for other travelers who are light sleepers

They said the AIR CONDITION WAS BLOCKED BY CITY ORDINANCE AND COULD NOT BE USED. Property was in fair conditions and all but ONE Desk Agents were Very attentive. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

FANTASTIC room and service! In the heart of everything or close by the Metro. Barcelona is FABULOUS and sooo MUCH to see. LOVED THE HOTEL and its people. Beautiful rooms loved the bathroom.

Front desk was amazing. They helped us with everything we needed. Location was also ideal. Found the room walls were super thin so you heard everything and everyone. Also the fan in our room was broken so it was so hot in the room myself and my friend woke up in sweats.

The Customer Service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! The hotel was very Clean and Comfortable!!

Would highly recommend to other travellers, and would most certainly stay there again. Very happy.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good pressure. Our room is a good size for a short stay but might be abit crammed if you’re planning to stay for more than 3 nights. The location is the best. Near to the metro, bus stops, easy to explore the whole Gothic Quarter on foot too. Good food options within a few mins walk.

Very convenient to the Vatican and public transportation.
