The receptionist on duty at the lobby does not carry luggage for guests when checking in and checking out. The security guard on duty at the hotel parking lot does not assist guests in reversing into the parking lot (the parking lot has many narrow, hidden corners).

Friendly staff, nothing to complain about. But the first time going to a 5* hotel and waiting for check in without a welcome drink. And the first time seeing a deposit when there was no money, so using a visa card 😮‍💨.

Our stay at the Caravelle was magnificent. It was great as a launching pad for exploring and a calm oasis to come back to at the end of the day.

We had a great time while staying at Caravelle Saigon. I would like to said thank you especially to Ms. Kim who always there at concierge or the front desk. She was being very helpful to us and making sure we're comfortable through our stay.
