Beautiful hotel, second time staying here. Rooms are really clean and have lovely Rituals toiletries. Really great pool area was always quiet and no trouble getting a sunbed. Great location only a 15/20 minute walk into the centre of Girona. Would highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are comfortable and modern & the pool is a lovely space.The reception staff are absolutely charming. A great base to explore Girona.

Comfortable room, fantastic property, nice pool.

We loved our brief stay at Hotel Costabella. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The pool was welcome after a flight and drive from Girona airport. The room was comfortable and clean. All in all a lovely hotel.

Lovely quiet hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, good prices and delicious food and local wines. Free parking is a bonus. Hotel is 20 minute walk to the stunning old town. Only negative was the low shower pressure!

This hotel is a low-key hotel. Not ‘posh’ but great value for its price. The staff were extremely helpful and kind to us. They offered us information about the sites/directions/travel methods. The room was really nice, big fluffy towels (1 each) and hand towels. The amenities were Rituals and well stocked. There is a fridge and kettle in the room. The restaurant is also reasonably priced with decent selection of dishes. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Great hotel around 20 minute walk into centre but also on bus route. Great pool area and breakfast had plenty of choice and well presented . Definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff. Also keycard access individual bike storage facility is a great feature.

We were traveling with our dog, and the staff were friendly and accommodating of him. The hotel had on-site parking which was easy to use and a small gym. The only drawback was the dinner which was not at all in keeping with the quality of everything else. Breakfast was just fine. Overall, we'll gladly stay here again the next time we're in the area.

The bedroom was very pleasant and clean and looked like it recently been refurbished. The only downside was the bathroom wall and door was glass and light from the bathroom lit up the bedroom. The staff were very helpful and polite. We were found a table at dinner even though we had not booked and the hotel was busy. Food was good with a reasonable choice at a reasonable price. I would have liked to use the small gym but we had to leave fairly early in the morning. When we next vist Gerona we will stay at this hotel again.

Miguel, who seems to work weeknight (3-11?) was marvelous. My daughter and I lost a set of dominoes (that had extreme sentimental value) and he went out of his way (& spent a good amount of time) to find them. With the help of a coworker, he found them in a room slated for renovation the next day. I was tremendously impressed by his good natured determination. He also made an excellent recommendation for a restaurant. Miguel is incredibly patient and very focused on providing excellent customer service to the guests of your hotel. Mary P McCole

Excellent stay in Girona. We use this hotel as a stopover from the UK to the south of Spain. Very clean, premium in room toiletries (Rituals) and very friendly atmosphere. Our dog travels with us for a small supplement and he can sit in the lounge bar for evening meals/ breakfast. 15 minute walk into the city, nothing too tasking. Overall 10/10. Pilar on front desk very welcoming!

If driving this a good hotel for parking and access to the city. There's free parking outside the city's historic center which is reachable by just a short walk

Clean and comfortable room. Great value for the price.

Great hotel and will definitely stay there again. All the staff were lovely and the hotel was nice, clean, and once in your room, quiet. I didn't realize that the pool had no heating, so that was a bit of a bite even in warm climes. Breakfast got a bit repetitive and the tongs were a bit gross. But this is minor!

Very happy with our stay. It’s a bit of a walk into town - allow 20 mins and there’s not a lot around where the actual hotel is. However the hotel itself is excellent with a friendly welcome and staff. Breakfast is excellent and well worth the price. My only complaint would be why the extra charge to use the gym. 5 euro for 30 mins is excessive.
