Swipe card did not work because the receptionist checked us out and not in, got to the room dead tired after a long drive only to have to go back downstairs to fix the issue. Second time this has happened. Ridiculous! Bathroom counter was dirty with something sticky, noisy next door, room next door was trying to open adjoining door, bed and pillows were uncomfortable, worst part was allergies and headache associated with being in a room where someone before us was smoking. Air cleaner did not work. Very annoyed. Worst stay at this hotel in all the years we have been coming here. Sad really!

Much fancier than what i normally choose. I arrived later so dining was closed for the night. Would be a good location for a weekend away.

Everything is beautiful

I stay here all the time, service wasn’t up to par. Usually 5star plus for everything. It was a little off this stay. I’ve always brought my 5lb yorkie and loved that this hotel is dog friendly… it’s changed its policy to only service dogs. I think a better solution would be not dogs over 15-20lbs. I visit a few times a year with my daughter and stay minimum 3 nights. I hope you consider adjusting your dog policy. I also hope staff and service were just having and off few days and will return to it’s usual top rating. If management is interested in knowing service issues, you may reach out.

Friendly staff

We were a group of 5 and this hotel offered a big room that accommodated all of us. The pull out sofa was made up when we arrived. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent location, felt like a dream, we loved. A place we want to take the family every year for summer or the holidays.

Beautiful surroundings, gorgeous Christmas decorations. Luxury feel.

We've been there many times, and have never been disappointed. High quality beds and recently renovated, it's an excellent place to stay that's just off the west island of Montreal.
