5 star hotel lives up to its name. Will go back.

Wouldn't check me in and sold the room since I didn't check in at 4pm. I arrived at 4am and was looking for my room to sleep. Ended up sleeping in my truck until the morning. The staff said they were sold out and didn't have my room and simply shrugged me off. Absolutely disrespectful and would warn all other travelers to avoid this place in the future as they don't seem to concern themselves with anything other than money. To this point I still haven't heard from or have been reached out to by them.

The Chateau is old world beautiful. The concierge was super nice and very helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the the indoor pool and sauna was very relaxing. The gym is well appointed. The bed was the best... Like sleeping on a cloud!

A beautiful location. Weird restaurant openings. Closed on Sunday and Monday night! Not sensible. Bellperson occasionally! The staff are marvelous. Kind and helpful. A quiet place to stay by the Lac De Deux Montagne! This is our 10th stay at least!!!

The only negative is the goose Pooh on all the always. It should be more maintained daily

Didn’t really use the facilities as we were only there one night passing through. However dinner was excellent. Lovely bar and restaurant. The room was good but unfortunately we were at the front next to a busy NOISY motorway. We did raise the issue but the hotel was full so couldn’t move rooms. Nice grounds and convenient for the motorway but I wouldn’t want to stay there more than one night or 2 as not much in the area. Very much an out of town industrial area. But nice by the lake.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Château Vaudreuil, and it was an excellent experience. The property is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and stunning views of the lake. The hotel has an elegant atmosphere that feels relaxing from the moment you arrive.

Beautiful grounds by the water!

It is close to the highway but the rooms are dead quiet. The renovated spaces are beautiful. And the grounds are gorgeous. We will be back.

Hotel is very nice, however if you not renting a car not convenient as nothing is really within walking distance and there is no onsite convenience store - so if you forget anything you are out of luck. Room service was difficult to reach at times and I had to go to the front desk to check out as my bill was not sent via email. All in all a beautiful hotel but a couple of small improvements would go a long way- convenience wise.

Enjoyed our stay. Overpriced for F1 weekend, just like everywhere else unfortunately. Pool,hot tub and sauna were not busy at all, we had them to ourselves each night. Beautiful setting would love to see it in the summer.

Possibly the best hotel experience we have ever had! Checkin was friendly, seemless and quick. The room was spacious and luxurious. The hotel was magnificent, reminiscent of grand European hotels. The grounds were perfectly groomed and wonderfully set on the water. Best of all were the staff. Every single one was friendly, professional and helpful to a fault. Special recognition to concierge Sandro and our waiter Bernard. Cudos to the restaurant for a fabulous dinner in a memorable setting. We can’t wait to enjoy another stay at Chateau Vaudreuil!
