Amazing hotel, amazing staff It was our first time in Perú and the experience was amazing. The staff very friendly and courteous. Close to the mall, close to everything we wanted to go. I’m giving it a 10, highly recommended

El Hotel es bastante antiguo. La grifería estaba medio rota, se escucha todo el ruido de los autos en la habitación. El desayuno bastante simple, todos los días lo mismo. No regresaría. El personal del hotel estuvo OK.

Horrible customer service. I tried to cancel the reservation before the deadline and both Expedia and the Melia website wouldn't load to perform the cancellation. I kept screens shots of the errors. I filed a dispute with the credit card company. And told Melia but they still sent the charge through and are harrassing me to pay!!!!
