The room was not cleaned properly, there was rubbish left from previous guests. The bathroom had a leak in it and the floor was soaking when we got to the room.

The staff on reception were very slow and not helpful and it seemed as though they didn’t know what they were doing when we asked them any questions about the hotel. We booked a premium room for 3 adults and they forgot to put in the extra bed so we had to ask them for that. Our room keys kept not working and we had to go to reception 3 times over the course of the stay to ask them to reactivate the keys. Considering the price for a room for one evening I don’t think it is worth it and it is a real shame because the hotel is nice in terms of aesthetic but I would not stay here again.

Major downgrade on score due to hotel closing off the in room dining because they were busy, I don't care how busy you are you do not take a service off the (phone) hook and ignore your customers. The airport shuttle bus was also completely useless as it only went to terminal 2-3 and the trains were offline so I ended up having to pay for a taxi (which would have covered the extra cost of a closer hotel). The room bathrooms need an overhaul and the rooms are tiny, but it was not a total loss as at least the rooms were clean and there was a power point near the bed

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite however promised to email me details of Radisson Blu membership so I could get 15% off dining. This didnt happen. Drinks very expensive at £13.50 for a medium glass of wine. Plenty of car parking spaces but cost £16 for overnight.

Always love staying here the night before a flight as the rooms are so clean, warm & welcoming perfect waking well slept, refreshed and ready before a long haul flight. Great restaurant too

Clean room. On arrival we provided card details. When ready to leave restaurant there was no staff around we went to our room to then be harassed for payment by phone then knocking on our door with a card machine to pay. We were already in bed and almost asleep. The whole purpose of staying overnight was to get a good sleep and ready for our next flight of over 9 hours. We reported to reception the following morning and the lady was very understanding. However I did expect a response by email to see how the issue had been handled. On our return home then emailed the hotel direct for a response and nothing.

The hotel beyond the lobby felt dated. Things were peeling off the walls in the corridor, rust was around the shower. It felt neglected. Service was also very slow. I wouldn't recommend. Certainly not for the price.
