Just what I needed after a long journey. The staff at reception were friendly, courteous & efficient. The room was nicely appointed & clean. The buffet breakfast was very good with lots of choice. I was extremely happy with my stay.

Lovely hotel, great staff but we were put by the lifts on 3rd floor so kept being disturbed through the night, the bar was full of rowdy football fans who were swearing and drunk and they woke us up shouting after midnight, and then again at 7am ( as we were by the lifts ). We got an interconnecting room as our kids were next door but the internal doors were locked. Ice machine broken on our floor. Breakfast at £25 a head is 2 expensive, not many options nearby hotel for food ( Mac Donald’s next door ). And parking at £16 was pricey especially if you have an older car and you have to,pay the ulez fee two at £12.50 a day.

Breakfast was very good. Room was fine. It was a long walk down corridors to my room. The hallways were really in bad shape. The walls were scraped and dirty looking. The carpet was very difficult to pull luggage over.

Old style hotel, a little worn and old but clean. Check-in and restaurant were very busy due to people coming in from delayed flights. 10 mins from Terminal 3 in an Uber. Fine for a quick overnight stay before an early morning flight.

We were there just one night. The beds were very really comfortable! Skip the breakfast buffet, it was way overpriced for what you get, and the “hot” food was cold and dried out. Too busy for the few staff that were there

Gym was beautiful. Staff was very accommodating when we determined that a strong scent was in our room. Room change was provided with ease.

The check in guy Elvis was fab, the room was very basic and needs a lick of paint. On check in we were given a free drink voucher, the bar staff In the sports bar roll their eyes when you ask for house champagne…as indicated on the voucher and say it’s not included, when you explain it is, they whisper to each other under their breath…. Makes you feel quite uncomfortable… so settled for the white wine instead!

Fantastic hotel as long as you don’t need a lot of space or privacy. We unfortunately were heading to Spain for an extended stay, so we had tons of baggage. This would be a great hotel for someone with few bags, but we were able to fit it all and make it work. First, the best- fantastic location, clean rooms, and wonderful staff that really went the extra mile. The hotel had great food/snack offerings, often for free. We could walk everywhere and loved it. Be careful about heading into the West End later in the night, it definitely gets dodgy. But we loved it until around midnight. My daughter and I enjoyed being in this hotel, but there was very little floor space (opening suitcases was only possible on the bed, for example), and the translucent bathroom/shower was a bit uncomfortable for us, but we shrugged and took it as the British/European experience it was. The only other negative was the very few electrical plugs in the room. Bring a power strip or buy one in the neighborhood. Overall, fantastic hotel, especially for the price and location. Enjoy!

Hotel was good for one night but the bed for the third adult was nothing but a camp bed. Even though we didn’t arrive until 8pm, housekeeping had to be called to put the bed up. After a long day travelling, this wasn’t ideal. Neither was there a third tea cup or barely enough tea/coffee/sugar/milk for 3 people. There was no vanity area with plug sockets and mirror to do hair and makeup. For these reasons, we wouldn’t stay here again.

I’ve stayed at better Radisson hotels. Average welcome, the restaurant was an t2 depressing and the menu uninspiring. The worst thing was my room, which was on the ground floor near the car park and overlooking an unkempt alleyway and brick wall. I really found it rather dungeon-like, though I knew once I closed the curtains it would be better. Since it was June, I really didn’t want to shut out the light prematurely, but at least it did improve the ambience. I did have a comfortable night’s sleep. I would choose somewhere else for o stay another time.
