Great stay, will

I would personally book again at this hotel. It was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly. The location worked perfectly for us and great amenities within walking distance. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful suite, lots of space, extra large tv ,fridge ,stove, microwave... Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The lobby was under construction but was not an inconvenience. Had a very pleasant stay.

The location was great. In town for a concert at Roger’s place. Walked everywhere, no rental car. Convenience of the surrounding stores, shops etc. The rental unit itself was great, very comfortable. A little stuffy though cuz the air, fan, and AC were not working properly. I was disappointed in the fact that there was no Safe, even though it was advertised with one. The lobby was under construction/renovation, new concrete pour under new flooring. It’ll be beautiful when completed.

My heart sank when my husband and I walked into Canterra Suites and saw plywood, cement floors, taped off areas. When we got to our room, we were delighted. Room was very nice, heated kitchen floor, beautiful kitchen and bathroom counters, spacious, had an office, 5 appliances, nice lighting fixtures, everything you would need to be home away from home. Lots of restaurants options in the vicinity. The next mo, the construction crew had most of the floor down, quite different from when we arrived the night before. Would highly recommend and would stay their again.

The accommodation was well situated within Downtown Edmonton. The apartment allocated was very nice, secure, clean, comfortable and kitchen are was well equipped. The Apartment had cable TV and washer and dryer. The accommodation has a small fitness room which I used most days. The accommodation is close to a small mall which has a large grocery store and a number of small eateries. I really enjoyed my stay within the accommodation. The room was cleaned every day (if required) and all of the staff (cleaning and reception) were very helpful and friendly. Thank you.

I liked the location and large size of this place. However, I was disappointed for my adult child to find black underwear in the main washroom, behind the door. The counter tops in the kitchen had food stains, the fridge has fingerprint smears and the stove top had grease splatter that was poorly wiped. Nevertheless, the front desk quickly removed the underwear, I was disappointed that it was not as thoroughly cleaned as our first stay. Sadly, we all agreed not to stay there again.

Great suite, would stay there again

For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. The rooms are great being designed like an apartment with one or two bedrooms with full baths. They have full sized kitchens and a living room. It is a very well priced and situated property that puts you near the Allard Hall, Ice District, and great downtown night life. Will comeback next year.

Great spot for our family of 7 to stay. The three bedrooms had plenty of space and the beds were so comfortable. Will be back!

Very handy when travelling with another couple to be able to stay in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units - we continue to book for city visits. Very limited parking on-site which is our only downside. Good central location for shows downtown

Excellent suites with full kitchen and office space. Bathroom was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Elevators were old and not well maintained but everything else was great.

This is a great property. You get a full kitchen, living room/den, 1 or 2 bedroom(s), bathroom & washer & dryer. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. The area is close to a grocery store and several restaurants. It is really a wonderful property.

It was so comfortable and clean where I was able to buy groceries and cook for myself and save money on food and restaurant. And it was near my conference where I only walked for 10 minutes every day.

I liked the rooms as it has a separate bedroom . The fans were very loud which was annoying . The bedroom was quite warm compared to the sitting area. I did like they have underground parking .

We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again.
