Strategic location close to the train station

I got room no 320, and the toilet seat is cracked and the smell of urine very bad. The house keeping surely noticed but hotel didn't do anything. I stay in this hotel few times and this is the first time I got bad experience. Other than that, this hotel is perfect!

Location in the train station, easy to find food, and just walk to Alstadt. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very recommended!
