A good hotel, better organisation around check in time would improve ratings, the bed was reasonably comfortable, however the pillows are as comfortable as a park bench , i didnt sleep very well at all, there were two pilliws each, but they were all rather firm. Breakfast was good, plenty choice from cereal , toast, fruit , full english cooked breakfast as well as pancakes etc from the table menu, but there was a 25min wait for those at our time of eating which was @ 9am. Fresh coffee was very nice.

Fairly nice but pretty average. Why they don’t fit dampers to the bedroom doors I don’t know - from early everything is slamming and banging so sleep is difficult. Room cleaning was poor - we were there 4 days and the bathroom bin was never emptied. The bedroom bin was emptied but bits left at the side of it. The coffee cups we’d used were left dirty. Don’t bother with the bar - they don’t know how to make cocktails - and use dire mixers. I tried a cosmopolitan - ruined by the cheapest sucralose tasting cranberry juice drink as the main ingredient. They charge premium prices but you’d get a better drink in Wetherspoons. I doubt I’d go back though the location was good.

Fast, efficient and friendly check in service. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. Car parking easily accessible and we were able to leave the car in the hotels park until 5pm on day of check out which was a bonus. Lovely clean modern hotel close to the town centre. Our room was on the 8th floor which had wonderful views over the town. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything we needed including a fridge. The super king bed was comfortable too. I can't fault this hotel especially as it was so reasonably priced too. Will certainly be staying again.

Lovely hotel, car park below with ample parking. Nice breakfast, huge beds, only critic is bath with shower. No walk in shower which with mobility issues did mean mom couldn’t shower. Lovely service and vibe, can’t fault the hotel. Thank you

A fantastic location for exploring Harrogate. The hotel is clean, practical, and has all the necessary amenities on site. The large basement parking is a real bonus and very convenient. The staff are absolutely lovely—friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. The restaurant serves good food as well, making it easy to relax without needing to go far.
