Is an old hotel nothing like the pictures. Rooms smell old and dusty. We had to ask to move rooms and find out they did have king beds when during check-in they told us they only had two beds together available and kings were all taken. When you ask for the car they seemed to be bothered since they have to go with you to the parking lot, you cannot go alone.

Comfortable hotel that needs some updates

As two kiwi travellers, we had an excellent time at Hotel Los Angeles. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and spacious, beautiful views from the balcony and nice and quiet. Very close to the centre of town and Alhambra. The pool was very nice. The breakfast buffet was delicious and probably the highlight of our stay. Would highly recommend this place, thank you Los Angeles!!

As they mention about parking is wrong. We can’t find any normal parking. It is not 4 star hotel. Maximum 2 star hotel. So bad.

Facility is very tired and worn. Bath fixtures are loose, broken, or missing. Water pressure and shower flow are poor. Staff are professional and polite, but the place needs significant maintenance and updates. None of the gym or spa facilities are included in the room rate.

Excellent service!

Location is great. Bed and breakfast good. Only problem was late night guests who came back from city tour. They were talking and singing very loud under my window until 2 am. Then it was nice and quiet until 4.30 when second group of singers arrived.... Hotel overall is nice.

Nice big room with confortable king size bed, nice balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool. Bathroom is outdated, needs new shower sliding doors. No shampoo or body soap for the shower, instead a watered down hand soap of the same kind used for the sink. All your shower toiletries had to be put on the shower floor, need a shower basket. Optional breakfast buffet was reasonably priced.Bacon,eggs, hashbrowns and other items that should be kept hot were always cold. Good selection of coffees, teas, breads and spreads. La ubicación es muy buena, pero el hotel ha tenido épocas mejores, y eso se aprecia en sus instalaciones, camas muy cómodas, eso sí.

La camera piuttosto ampia e pulita, la posizione comoda, sia per il centro che per l'arrivo in auto, la possibilità di parcheggio nella rimessa (a pagamento ma con prezzo nella media)

No habia tv. El aire funcionaba cuando le daba la gana.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück gut. Sehr hoher Geräuschpegel, wenn der Frühstückraum sehr gut besucht ist. Zum Glück gab es einen schönen Innenhof zum Frühstücken. Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, da sich auf dem Flur gegenüber des Zimmers ein Gymnastikraum befindet. Durch den Aufzug Lärm durch An- und Abreisende. Vom Hotel aus waren die Sehenswürdigkeiten gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
