Front desk staff, Carolina? Was superb! So friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The room looks very old and uncomfortable the breakfast menu was a disaster

The room smelled like cigarettes, the bathroom door had a 1 inch gap at the bottom of it, and another 1 inch gap at the top, and it didn’t close properly, you had to slam it to close it and therefore walking everybody up in the room and probably everybody else along the corridor, upstairs and downstairs. The cheapest Nescafé sachets of coffee in the room, and no conditioner in the bathroom (only shampoo). Location also awful.
