The staff here is very impolite. No welcome, just acted like we were really just something that was very bothersome but they had to do it anyway. We were here 2 years ago and the property has really gone downhill. Will NOT be staying again.

Reasonable priced. Nothing fancy yet has everything needed. For a one night stay.

It is a bit dated, but is very clean. I'd definitely sta again. Good value.

Accepted $50 deposit and said it would be released upon checkout. Understanding holds take time to come back I was patient but instead of the charge disappearing it full on posted and I know for a fact I did no damage to warrant this.

Our room was clean. Staff was friendly. Nice hotel. Wish they had a pool but they did have a small hot tub area.

Difficult to understand the person at check-in.

Food was terrible there were no blankets in the room and I had a therapy dog and they had to give him a $50 deposit and then they had to check my room that was ridiculous

Nice and clean! We enjoyed the hot tub.

The sheets were stained. Walked into the room and it was freezing! The dead of winter in Wisconsin and the heat was off. I reckon the room was somewhere between 40 and 50°. There was hole/tear in the carpet. Staff was very friendly and location was convenient, for the price I wasn’t expecting perfection, but a clean room/sheets that’s not freezing and in “intact” condition is not a huge ask of any hotel. I’ve stayed before and had an acceptable room but this “ADA” room was a real disappointment.

This hotel is super worn. Holes in the carpet. Paint chipped and scratched everywhere. They charge you a deposit then won’t check you out and refund it until the front desk person physically inspects the room. Never again.

They have hot tub only which was nice and quiet
