Central location made it easy to get around the city. Amenities within walking distance. Staff were really amazing

The management and staff were friendly and accommodating to our questions and requests. The price and location by the shopping centre is great. A hot and cold breakfast is also available. Altogether, very good value and service.

Coffee machine in room needs cleaning, breakfast area very tight space to eat, but overall it was good.

I like the property, i stay often. good location and friendly staff. the breakfast area is far too small, bathroom had a moldy smell.

The property is very tired. Our $318.00 room was very small, only had a queen bed, only one bedside table, decor was dark and dismal, no blankets, lumpy pillows, dirty looking bedspread, skimpy towels. Breakfast choices were poor. Only eggs offered were hard boiled eggs and no hot water available for tea. There was no elevator. The bedroom walls were paper thin and I was kept awake by the neighbours who were talking loudly next door. In the parking lot, parking spaces were very narrow. I do not feel that this room was worth the $318.00 that I paid. I would not recommend it to anyone.

It was wonderful! I always stay here. The tv was out but luckily I didn’t need it as we entered rained each other but I was disappointed at first. Breakfast is almost always delicious, sometimes the apple juice is a bit funky

Great location! Great staff!

Clean spacious room, adjacent to eatery. Two floors no elevator. The drapes too light, flap around when A/C fan comes on. Breakfast room too tiny & cramp, gentleman in motorized wheelchair and later another in clutches, both had trouble navigate the tiny breakfast room.

Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et professionnel. Service bilingue à notre arrivée. Le personnel est très à l’écoute du client. Le déjeuner chaud complet et il est bon. Petit problème de propreté dans la salle de bain ( bibittes , plancher et murs sales ). La responsable du service à la clientèle en était sincèrement désolée. Autre problème : plus de stationnement de disponible pour nous.

Wifi très aléatoire. Petite chambre. Unité d'air climatisé très bruyante. Ventilation déficiente. Panne de câble pendant une soirée complète.

I had to check out early which is fine however hotel staff yelled out room i was staying in when travelling solo not the safest thing they staff can do

Excellent stay, clean, breakfast provided and shops within walking distance. Rooms all renovated, new bedding very comfortable. Are staying again and will make it our travel stop in the future.

The hotel was OK, not a 3.5 or 4 star but clean enough. Staff were pleasant
