The hotel’s outside garden, nature, and mangroves are beautiful. The room is old style. The lobby and the hall are not very neat and clean (cigarette ashes, smoking odor, floors are not very clean). The staff is very friendly. The food in the restaurant is tasty, but the breakfast quality needs improvement. You can’t really use the beach because it is actually a jetty. This hotel is great if your vacation interests are for diving/snorkeling to the islands. The diving center from the hotel is great.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The highlight of our stay was the spectacular view, particularly from the deck and jetty, where we could enjoy the sea breeze and beautiful scenery. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal escape from the busy city. The staff provided excellent service and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The staff was super friendly, from check-in to check-out. Especially since we brought a baby, it was very easy with all the amenities. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a family-friendly hotel. We hope to return again 😊

This hotel is excellent, with friendly, dedicated staff, and the views are breathtaking. The pool is crystal clear, and it's also a must-try for diving and snorkeling enthusiasts. The underwater views of Bunaken are breathtaking, and the guides are super friendly. Overall, anyone coming from outside North Sulawesi should definitely stay here.
