Following an excellent stay last week, we returned to your hotel with high expectations. We were initially very impressed by the front desk staff, who proactively tried to secure a good room for us and arranged a welcoming fruit platter. Unfortunately, the room quality did not match our first experience. The initial room assigned was an accessible unit where the bathroom design allowed water to flow out and wet the entire floor. While your team was quick and helpful in granting a room change, the second room unfortunately had a prominent smoke odour. Given that it was past midnight, we chose to stay and manage with deodorant rather than change rooms a second time. I wanted to highlight that despite these room issues, the exceptional friendliness and helpfulness of your service staff completely made up for our disappointment.

Had a really good experience here! Check-in took a while, but the staff was super patient and sweet. They even surprised us with a massive corner room, which was an amazing bonus. Everything was clean and well-kept, except for a broken curtain that wouldn't shut at all. We hit up the breakfast on our last day and it was shockingly good—tons of variety and great options for the price. Overall, we left really happy with our stay!

Spacious room. Clean. Well renovated. Gym is ok. Location needs a bit of a walk from Wangfujin center

Location is just walking distance from Wangfujing Street. Room is spacious and clean. There is a Family Mart and Luckin Coffee at the opposite.
