Staff provided excellent customer service and very friendly. Very centrally located, offering a very good rate. I would definitely return again.

Great location and large space (queen, double and twin). Room had a balcony, which was nice. AC and elevator worked well. The street was quite noisy, even with windows closed. Location on Robson Street was very convenient. They are weird about the kitchen. They charge you $25 to turn the stove on and expect you to wash and dry all your dishes, even though they don't provide any dish soap, dish towels, paper towels or napkins. There are no plates and only a few pieces of silverware. They offer two coffee cups and two water glasses. They clearly don't want you cooking there. I thought it was pretty expensive, but later realized I was booking right after a FIFA event, so it was bad timing on my part. I'd recommend it to anyone who can tolerate the finicky kitchen and street noise.

Enjoyed our stay for one night. Lovely accommodations, especially the air conditioners in both rooms. Our dog liked all the nearby grass and parks. Was surprised by extra charges for using range/oven. Plan on coming back soon.

Liked that its located in the main street of Downtown, Robson. Had to pay to use stove. Were a bit scared to use the utensils as everything can be charged.

I'm trying to check in the stop was not very helpful the check-in process was excruciatingly long with no explanation until the very end that they did not recognize my identification. The room was dirty stinky the queen bed in the bedroom had stains all over the yellowed sheets and pillowcases the bathroom does not look like it has been dusted in some years all of the appliances in the kitchenette are extremely dated from at least eighties if not older when I checked in the girl said check out time was noon and I had a very rude chambermaid barge into my room at 11:00 a.m. whilst I was naked not even giving me a chance to put a towel or anything on! overall I would not recommend staying at this location there are plenty of other nicer locations for the same price if not cheaper!

I would recommend reading the fine print. Without a credit card in your name they will not allow you to check in and do not offer refunds when they refuse your entry. My daughter has a debit card with a visa logo and their policy allows this with a $500 holding fee, but the front desk refused to allow entry to her without manager approval and then refused her request to speak with a manager.

Great location with beautiful harbour view. Spacious bedroom with a kitchenette. We loved stay there and the late checkout option. Many restaurants nearby and friendly staff

Where to start Shower does not work staff unresponsive had 24 hours to even pick up the phone and or fix chose not to then the manager at the front desk tried to persuade me that they’ll train them better and learn how to phone customers back or make an effort it was a debacle on every angle possible it is a two at Best. The only positive is the location is amazing beyond that I can’t see how all the other reviews are tens and 10 out of tens I just don’t believe that’s true. The building is under Cleaning construction and the parking is available but it’s $30 a night more a budget travel location than a Customer service location.
