Very disappointing experience. The hotel was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The room felt neglected, and many areas looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned or cared for in a long time. To make matters worse, there was no air conditioning, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. Overall, the property seemed run-down and not managed properly. I would not recommend staying here.

Not the nicest place to stay. There was no AC, staff were helpful but couldn’t do much about the situation. The restaurant was closed and the rest of the hotel felt abandoned. There was also issues with the toilet. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

I was heading to Niagara for a wine festival and booked to staying overnight at the Casablanca. I unfortunately had a multi vehicle high speed accident on the highway. I was badly injured and headed to ER in an ambulance. My husband called to advise them that we would not be now to attend, and to just charge our credit card, and the lovely woman who answered the call AA uses us that she would just cancel the booking with no charge. With such fantastic customer service I will definitely book again.

We found out at 7 pm that they had no A/C. Offered us $30 off or no charge if we didn’t want to stay. Everywhere in area was booked for different functions. A lot of very unhappy people. Very disappointing and with no notice very unprofessional. Safe to say will be last visit which is also disappointing because in past it was not a bad spot.

It was a nice room. But the fact the ac was not working was bad. It was exhaustingly hot. Not to mention the windows dont open. I would expect a 1/2 price discount considering the uncomfortable sleeping conditions. But great location.

The rooms were so hot, ac was set to the lowest but still blowing warm air. Was horrible and we only used the rooms to sleep, but not much sleeping happened due to the temperature, we were getting ready for a wedding, couldn’t do our hair or makeup due to the heat, showering was pretty much useless as well. Not even 5 minutes in the rooms and we were dripping buckets. It was cooler outside in 27 degrees Celsius + humidity. Was very unpleasant and uncomfortable

Although management knew for several days that the air conditioning was not working in the hotel, they failed to notify us, although we had booked months ago. It is obvious this hotel is getting ready for the wrecking ball. It was 30 Celsius outside, you can imagine what it was inside.... Only way to get any sleep was with a soaking wet bath towel over me. I felt sorry for the staff, and how could housekeeping clean a room in that heat? Dreadful.

A/C not functioning during our stay Plus 30 degrees in our room and windows don’t open. Plumbing is disaster and the there is a bad smell In hallways and rooms. Just got 50 bucks back per night’s stay when looking for full refund. Manager was never available and conveniently was off on checkout. Just awful! Time to retire this place.

I’m all for giving a budget hotel some grace—after all, you usually get what you pay for. The hotel had a cute, quaint entrance with a beautiful staircase that made a great first impression, and the woman who checked us in was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The air conditioning didn’t work, the safe didn’t work, and neither did the bathroom light. There was also a very strange smell throughout the property. While the location was excellent, I wouldn’t recommend staying here, especially during the summer. The room was simply too hot to be comfortable, and the maintenance issues made for a disappointing stay.

Parking my was easy.

Rooms were too hot. The AC was apparently down. But we were not notified until we got into our room. We were given 1 fan for our room. But we really needed two since we were staying in a suite and I had 3 kids with me a- a newborn, a 2 year old. And a 5 year old. The room was very hot and uncomfortable to stay in. Had we known the AC was down we would not have stayed there

Great place for the money, great location, everything was fine however the AC did not seem to work. We did not alert the staff but overall it was fine.

The late night staff at the hotel was amazing, he did whatever he could to make our stay a little better. Unfortunately the day staff was angry and not helpful at all. There was always an excuse or reason as to why she could not do anything. We even witnessed her yelling at a family in the pool. The hotel was unbearably hot and unfortunately smelled quite bad. I am sure in its prime this space was great but it has definitely started to fall apart. Very sad.

Rooms were mouldy, some floors reeked of cigarette smoke, the roof and stairwells leaked, and buckets were placed around the hotel to catch the water. Air quality is so poor that it cannot be healthy.

Hotel was very hot in rooms. No fans available - asked front desk several times. Windows can’t open to get airflow. Rooms are very dated. No bar or restaurant in hotel.

Room was ok but had a worn look to it. What bar? The bar & restaurant were closed Saturday at 5 pm ! To top it off I was charged $20.00 more than Expedia had confirmed with me a week before. All minor irrigations but I will not be back!
