Stayed at Mantra Esplanade for one night due to a medical procedure at Cairns Hospital. The stay was very relaxing and comfortable. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and offered a beautiful view that made the experience even more calming. The customer service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff throughout my stay. I also appreciated the welcome amenities and the warm hospitality, which made me feel well looked after during a stressful time. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Mantra Esplanade for both short and longer stays.

I stayed at mantra esplanade for a holiday and it was amazing, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was amazing. But the one problem was the spa, when we arrived we went down to the pool and spa for a swim but the spa wasnt a spa it was an ice bath. We went and asked reception and they said the water heater hasn’t been fixed for 1 year💀 But still amaing place I recommend staying here👍

Overall it was a great location right by the Esplanade so that was nice but I genuinely can't see how this is a 4 star hotel. Should be 3 stars at most. Hallways were hospital white and looked dirty. No daily housekeeping only once if you were staying for a week or more otherwise they charge. What kind of 4 star hotel doesn't have daily housekeeping? Odd. In other hotels I've stayed in Australia they offered incentives if you wanted to skip housekeeping this hotel was backwards. When we arrived the beds weren't separated and said I didn't request it. I get it, I booked through a third party so sometimes it doesn't go through but I didn't like that the staff kept insisting I didn't request just say you didn't get the request and send housekeeping no need to say 3 times that I didn't request it. Other than that the staff were friendly and welcoming

An absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The service was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The view was stunning and made every moment in the room feel special, while the room itself was beautifully comfortable, well-appointed, and thoughtfully designed. Everything exceeded expectations, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience.

From booking to checking in the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great so close to everything Cairns has to offer, the restaurants, shops, the Harbour and the Esplanade. We will definately stay there again.
