The place is amazing as a frequent traveler. We arrived late and they thoughtfully left prepared sandwiches in the room without asking. Breakfast was stunning, staff were incredibly friendly polite and welcoming

Our stay was highlighted by breathtaking views of the Taj, beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, and an outstanding staff. From the front desk to room service and the kitchen team, the service was truly excellent and always helpful. The only downside was the dining. While the breakfast buffet offered a great selection, lunch and dinner fell short of expectations—especially considering the Michelin-star price tag

The hotel in general was excellent, the room, the staff (really really incredible), the food and beverages, the views, the amenities. The most beautiful place to relax and enjoy a wonderful vacation.....

This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Firstly the location is one of a kind with direct close view of the Taj. Second the hotel is magnificent. Lastly, they take the idea of service to a whole different level. My son said that he wanted to record a guitar song on social media - later our personal concierge, unbidden, brought him a capo and guitar strings. Finally they insisted that we tag them so they could post on their site. Wow.

Very great breakfast buffet with a wide range of options for vegetarians, additionally, food without onion and garlic options were readily available.

You could not find a better hotel anywhere. Top shelf from start to finish and obviously the location is second to none in Agra. Did not want to leave!

The hotel is a jewel. Staff is extraordinarily friendly. The amenities are in great state. The pool is amazing and the view is divine.

Outstanding service and amazing rooms - each with a view of the Taj Mahal. Genuinely a perfect experience.

Magnifique hôtel de grand standing qui, en un mot, est à la hauteur de sa réputation. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre premier avec balcon au troisième étage. La chambre était grande, propre et très confortable avec en prime une vue imprenable sur le Taj Mahal. Les installations incluant piscine et gym sont excellentes. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Et le personnel toujours aux aguets pour s’assurer que l’expérience client est au top. Au final une expérience fantastique dans un lieu d’exception, à vivre sans faute si vous passez à Agra.
