All is good but it the old place. But all is clean and you have the good service

I'm very glad we only stayed one night. The mattress was broken and sunk on the edge. The pictures advertised are not what we saw. It is an old Ramada that still has the Ramada sign. We drove past it twice before we saw in small letters under the Ramada sign that it was now The Metro. The key did not work on the room door. Rather than change the batteries, we were told to walk around the building and use the back door to our room, as the front door probably just needed batteries. Overall, it was only one night and we couldn't wait to leave.

We made a pact as a family to never stay here again. Too run down, smelly, no hot water, not enough towels, building outside doors didn’t lock, this list is too big to out weigh the ok things. (Air conditioning, water pressure, staff and beds were all ok points). At the same price as a nice hotel, this was a shock to arrive to.

If you are looking for a motel, this is the place, it is not an INN or hotel, but a lower end motel. The rooms are very outdated and not maintained well with lights not working, sticky spots on the carpet, and old fashioned bed spreads on the bed that I am pretty sure don't get cleaned or changed out with every check out. We actually did not stay the night and left as I did not feel like it was a clean and I was not comfortable staying there. The staff member who checked us in was friendly but announced my room number to the lobby so people knew what room I was in. At that point he did not know I was not travelling alone so as a female traveler did not feel overly safe. I would not recommend unless there is work done to maintain the property.

i do have hers time with the cable tv, the heater wasn’t working, the shower really broke and stink, worst experience, i did talk to the person there to cancel or refund, all night was so cold , nasty

The pictures are not showing the same as the actual rooms , very smelly very unkept and definitely not worth the money, will never stay there again and do not recommend anyone staying there, worst experience ever

AC was not working properly. It was too hot.

They upgraded us to a kitchenette, but the kitchenette was quite disgusting. It was old rundown unpainted with no kitchen utensils The microwave was fine and so was the fridge. There is nothing to do with the stove, because there is nothing to cook with the whole place is very run down. My friends and I who are in our 60s, were deeply disappointed. It was probably fine for when I was in my 20s, though. And backpacking. Hot tub was out of order.Pool was fine. Towels were old and scarce. I guess you get what you pay for though.

When I booked the room, the pictures on Hotels.com did not reflect the actual room we got. Nothing had been updated. We stayed for three nights and at no point was the room ever checked or garbage emptied or new towel supplied. In fact, I never saw a housekeeper in the halls once. The heat in the room also did not work. The room was clean enough, but it was evident that with the handprints on the window and lint and gravel on the floor that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before we arrived.

I don't recommend this hotel NEVER will stay here. Front desks are rude. Unsanitary. deposit takes forever plus I have a feeling that the deposit wasn't being refunded. Find a different hotel.

In need of serious upgrade. Non working A/C, light fixture in bathroom barely hanging on. Generally very dated

Good to stay overnight and just sleep. Location was good.

First room the door key didn't work so i hsd to go in snother door and the safety latch on the door that didn't work was broken so I didn't feel safe, so he gave us another room. The first room had a stained bathtub, a fridge that wasn't working and just really really dated looking. Not even worth the $100 we spent on it

Old Hotel.

Cheap, and fast, but not exactly high ranking. Beds were okay, but shower was temperamental, AC looked haphazardly installed, doors misaligned to either scrape or leave gaps when closed. Overall, good for the one night emergency, but not for extended stays

This inn was older. It was clean. Perfect for a night stay .

Was horrible I would never stay there again… charged $25 per night for out service dog, phones did not work, both tvs did not work, some lights did not work, stunk terrible had to by a cab of Lysol re spraying. Walls so dirty, floors were very dirty and stains, comforter was stained up, bathroom was dirty.. did not wear bare feet on the rug, always kept sandals on. Don’t be deceived by the name change or pictures.. was crack heads passed out a couple doors down. They should not be in business and the staff were not fun to deal with. Offered us a room change but the other rooms were not any better..

There was a lot of damage to the room. The hvac unit was not working. The was an electrical outlet behind one of the beds that had clear evidence of an electrical fire. The outlets by beds were not working. The remote control for the TV was not working, the staff replaced the battery. The smoke detector was indicating that the battery was low.
