On our first night, we were given a dirty, smelly room with broken AC and a view of a garbage dump. After our intervention, we had to move out by 11:00 a.m. the next day and were given a new, better-condition room at 2:00 p.m. It was better, but not up to the standard of a four-star hotel.

Beautiful views. Loved the calm adult only roof top pool area. Rooms cleaned well. Decent breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location with literally everything on your door step. Sea view rooms perfect and air con great quality. Rooms cleaned each day by friendly staff. Bar staff very polite and courteous. Front desk staff fluent in English and have excellent customer service.

I have stayed at this hotel for the last 6 or 7 years and this year was the only visit we had issues. The pool area wasn’t clean like the normal high standards and the aircon failed while we was there. We never reported the issue as friends we was with already done this. Because we didn’t moan we never got offered a free meal like our friends and they also got £100 back for the inconvenience. I messaged the hotel and nothing was offered. So basically they are encouraging guest to loan and complain rather than acknowledging they had an issue and offering this nice gesture of a free meal for the affected customers. That being said as we enjoy the hotel and location will be booking to come back in 2027.

Pictures are not what the hotel used to be. Rooms are old and not clean anymore. Very loudy as well you can hear everything. The positive thing was that the staff was really helpful 5 stars for them!!

Excellent staff, very clean hotel , gym and spa pool was good. Nice roof top terrace and the hotel was in a great location. The only issue was noise between midnight and 3 am in the corridors with groups of people coming back from the bars and clubs.

First of all location is excellent. Can be a bit noisy due to Irish Bar next door. On arrival our bathroom was crawling with ants (which is expected) but lots of black long hair left on shower tiles. Housekeeping not great. They give you kettle in rooms but no tea/coffee/sugar to go with it over 4 days we stayed. Glasses (4 of them) were not changed or washed even. Entertainment was awful. The animation team leader who organised the Bingo which lasted 15 minutes as doing it from his mobile phone was clearly not interested, looked desperate for it to be over with. Lots of hen parties which was off putting when you pay a lot to stay at a 4 star. As always.... many towels left on sunbeds by 8.30am which should not be allowed. Everyone was doing this before going for breakfast. Having stayed at the H10 hotel in Lanzarote, the Casa Del Mar has no comparison I'm afraid. Too many seats at reception and leading down to pool, the space could be managed better.

Gorgeous hotel. I was lucky to have a lovely room with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff were all friendly and helpful. There could be more vegetarian options at dinner and food could be better labelled. Breakfast was fab. Loads of choice and never struggled for a table.

It is very cosy hotel with swimming pool, seaside view and top roof bar, making the trip very enjoyable. The hotel room is very clean too. The breakfast is amazing.

Had a lovely stay. Staff were very lovely and helpful. The hotel looks tired in the old part and could do with a tidy up and paint. The toasters in the breakfast need replacing they don’t work.

Lovely hotel, really enjoyed our relaxing holiday, right on the beach, plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance will look forward to a return visit.

Vi bodde en vecka som familj på H10 Casa del Mar, i ett superiorrum med utsikt över poolområdet. Rummet var fräscht och lagom rymligt för två vuxna och vår 9-åring, men sängarna var tyvärr hårda och kuddarna ganska platta. AC:n fungerade, men lät en del eftersom den pulserade ut kyla även när den nått inställd temperatur – vilket störde sömnen lite. Däremot uppskattade vi att det var lugnt på kvällarna tack vare läget mot poolen. Poolområdet var enkelt men väldigt bra – rent, lugnt och tillräckligt stort för att passa både vuxna och barn. Det fanns inga rutschkanor eller liknande, men vår son hade ändå kul, särskilt med pingisbordet och det lilla lekområdet vid poolen. Hotellet har ingen traditionell barnklubb, men det var gott om familjer och en barnvänlig stämning överlag. Läget är en av hotellets största styrkor – det ligger precis vid stranden, så det var bara att gå ner med handduken på axeln. Frukosten var riktigt bra, med ett stort utbud varje morgon. Alla i familjen älskade omeletterna som lagades på beställning. Sammanfattningsvis: ett stilrent och trevligt hotell i toppläge, perfekt för en lugn familjesemester. Det är inte ett uttalat barnhotell, men passar ändå bra för familjer som vill ha det bekvämt och lite mer vuxet. Några små minus vad gäller komforten på rummet, men överlag en positiv upplevelse.

Exceptional hotel, sea views are amazing and worth the extra. Staff are excellent, food is lovely and location amazing, just 2 mins to beach dead opposite. Only critical point would be sun beds, stayed 10 nights and not a chance, sad to say towels down at dawn and no sign of empty beds being removed. Not hotels fault just selfish guests.

Wonderful hotel and friendly staff! We are very satisfied with the stay.
