They gave me a room with a broken shower. I asked the person contacted if there was any availability for my room before 2 p.m., and she flatly said no. If I'm not mistaken, her name is Nicole. Then I consulted with another employee, and the other employee was willing to help me and did help me.

Nice hotel, great location but noisy after the local bars close

Staff was welcoming with warm greetings and smiles. Staff did not explain or give tour of amenities. Room was small but did the trick, bathroom was very small, shower should be re-done with new caulking and fix drain (was very slow to drain water*).

Great location, rooms were clean, staff was friendly…the only downside the smell of sewer in the bathroom was pretty strong, not sure if anything can be done since that’s common in old buildings …other than that our stay was great!

Hotel was in the center of everything. Restaurant shops and great attractions. The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

Street noise made it difficult to sleep even with ear plugs. The staff was lovely, though.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great. The location was very good, right by the metro station. The only negative was it was very noisy at night from the street.

Great hotel in the heart of the city, Metro, Bus and Tram stops right outside (including the historic no.28 tram). 10 minute walk downhill to the Targus river, lots of shops and restautrants on the doorstep. Spacious clean room with no noise from street. Perfect stay, would choose again

the room was tiny, and cold there was some mold at the top of the shower as the ventilation wasnt appropriate. breakfast fast was delicious and the location was walkable.

Good hotel, perfect location

Cool vibe in the back of the hotel. There were multiple things broken in the room when I arrived (toilet seat, door to balcony, mattress springs were sunken). In the bathroom- soap dispenser was in the shower and the shampoo was at the sink. Everyone was nice and the hotel was conveniently located. For one night it was fine.

Very helpful staff, found us a room at 10 am much needed after all night flight. Room smaller than one pictured when booked but grateful for the early check in. Hotel nicely appointed. We will definitely come back.

Room and overall hotel was lovely. Most comfortable bed we’ve ever stayed in and situated in a good area. There are two things to mention; one is that the breakfast is a bit hectic. The tables are long and you have to share with random guests, my glass had lipstick remnants on and the turkey bacon was worse than the treats i feed my dog. But there are lots of options to eat. The second thing to mention is that if you choose a Chiado square view room, it will be noisy. It’s full of busy all the time and the busker with the frizzy hair and guitar was ear bleeding awful late into the night - not the hotels fault but something to bear in mind. We would stay here again though.
