This is a nice place in a nice area for a very fair price. The inside courtyard around the heated pool is a nice touch as is the shuffleboard and large chess games. The place clearly makes an effort and it shows. The staff could be a bit friendlier but they did their jobs so all good. I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Everything from the staff/service to the courtyard/ poolside was top notch. The location was perfect, several restaurant/ stores within walking distance. The hotel also offers a shuttle service which was very nice. We will be returning and would highly recommend this hotel.

Its okay. Nothing fancy but convenient.

The only draw back was the stairs up to 2nd floor due to no elevators in building. Carrying luggage up those stairs was hard. But it did say no elevator on website so we did know ahead of time. This was the prettiest Best Western I’ve ever stayed at, and especially the outside courtyard.

Room was small. Bathroom small. Toilet would continue to run, shower was hard to turn off. Breakfast was ok. Dining room Staff were very helpful and courteous. Room Was overpriced.

rooms are very dated and had a odd smell

No elevator at property was a surprise. I watched multiple guests struggling with bags up and down stairs.

Friends and I were grateful to be able to check in early as we had an event that evening and needed to shower and dress after our long drive. The young lady at the front desk was very nice.

We stayed at this hotel last year and it was excellent, so we specifically booked it again this year. We were disappointed to say the least. We checked in went to our room and as soon as we walked in it had bugs!! We went to the desk we could have checked out or taken another room. Due to other circumstances we took another room. No bugs but very dingy. The bathroom door opened strange and didn't stay open. It slammed shut. The shower head was a hand held and kept falling off the holder. It was impossible to regulate the water temp to a comfortable temp. The breakfast was not up to the standards of the prior year. The employees were friendly and the pool area and gardens are very nice.

Amazingly convenient. I used Palm transit no 20 bus to go everywhere
