The staff was good. Room was a bit hard to find. Lots of rights and lefts and a bit of walk to the elevator but its conveniently located and i would stay there again.

Rooms were small, but quite clean, well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the hot tubs was down for maintenance which made access a challenge. Definitely a good value.

Our room was ridiculously small, especially considering it had a king-size bed. Basically, the king bed and 2 night stands took up almost the entire width of the room (with maybe an extra 2 feet to spare). It wasn't much better lengthwise. The room had one small window that overlooked the roof with pipes etc. You had a partial mountain view if you sat right in front of the window. The whole room felt very cramped and uncomfortable which was especially distressing because one person wasn't skiing and spent a lot of time in the room. Additionally, the carpets were stained, and nothing felt very clean. The whole hotel had sort of a shabby feel to it. Not impressed! I will say that the hotel is in a good location if you want to be in the center of town.

The staff was very welcoming, courteous and helpful. The rooms were also nice and we enjoyed roof top hot tub.

Clean, in the middle of the action, good food, and easy to walk to everything. I would stay again.

We had the most amazing time, the staff were wonderful, the food was amazing & the hot tub was the best place to go after a day walking around town. Will go back again!

Our stay was great! Clean and modern room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooftop hot tub area was small but nice with great views! There's a great restaurant on site and you can't beat the location.

The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hardest thing was finding parking as we got there early to secure a spot. Our room was quiet and comfortable but getting our suitcases to the room difficult as we had to o navigate stairs. Otherwise recommend staying there.

The hotel , staff , amenities were amazing we could not fault the hotel . It was unfortunate that the people in the room above our room did not have respect for their fellow guests , banging around at 3.30 am , to the point my husband was going to wake me to drive home , it ruined such a great hotel .

Hotel is in the center of everything. Love the theming. Staff is fantastic and friendly.
