L’accueil a été plutôt ordinaire. L’employé à la réception n’était pas sympathique et avait l’air de ne pas apprécier son travail. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le fjord, mais à notre réveil nous avions vu sur un immense bateau de croisière qui nous obstruait complètement la vue. La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovations, l’eau s’écoulait de la douche et ce n’était pas très propre. L’hôtel en entier aurait besoin de rénovations majeures. Lorsque nous avons demandé d’emprunter un débouche bouteille pour ouvrir notre bouteille de vin, aucun des deux employés auxquels nous nous sommes adressés n’a voulu nous aider. Quand un hôtel loue des chambres à ce prix, c’est la moindre des choses d’offrir un service et des équipements à la hauteur du prix demandé. Pour le prix, ce fut une déception.

Room with balcony was perfect from 8pm to 8am but the cruise ships that came in every morning was a bit less interesting than the fjords and mountains behind 😉 Still a perfect stay

We had a wonderful stay, the rooms were big and very clean, the breakfast was excellent!

Beautiful spot. Bring sleeping mask and earplugs. No AC and can be hot in summer. Window needs to be open which means light and seagulls squaking most of the night. The elevator was out of service and although they had someone bring bags to your room it was a bit of a wait - would be reasonable to offer a drink or something to guests for inconvenience. We got food at the food trucks- great- and ate on a bench on the pier. Lovely.

Friendly and efficient staff, fantastic location, and clean room. Exceptionally comfortable bed. View of the full fjord, until a cruise ship docked and blocked the view for a while. Even then, the hotel was charming and totally enjoyable. Excellent, large selection (and delicious) breakfast buffet. We enjoyed this hotel, highly recommend.

This is an old fashion hotel located at waterfront, having beautiful view and nice surrounding. Room is spacious and breakfast is very good. There are plenty parking and a large commercial EV charging station next to the parking lot.

Old and dated hotel - the whole place needs to be renovated. We were in a family room that was musty with dirty carpet, old bathroom, and lumpy beds. Typical choices for breakfast which was good. The hotel sits directly on the fjord with views from the dining room, but there’s a different cruise ship docked in front there every morning, so all you can see is the ship. The view is completely blocked. There’s a small guest house down the road that’s not near the dock so it has much better views.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful setting. We had a fjord view room with balcony and it was well worth the extra we paid as the weather was great. The breakfast was good, didn’t eat in the restaurant. The drinks were pricey but that’s Norway in general. Recommend.

Helena works at reception and she was amazing. My husband wasn't feeling well and she was most helpful. During a stressful time I felt like I was being taken care of like family. Her kindness was greatly appreciated.

Rummen var fina. Läget fint vid fjoden. Bra frukost. Gratis parkering och wifi
