The room was clean, and the staff were attentive.

everything was top notch. so happy we chose this hotel easy walk to the Casino and the use of the hot tub and pool though next door was very nice.. the staff were lovely and very accomodating. HOWEVER the I HOP restaurant and surrounding restaurants are crazy prices.. as stack of pancakes and a coffee and soda were $51. And parking was stupid but as it was everywhere else I will not be coming back

Room was spotless and well appointed. Considering that the fallsview premium room was formerly an observation deck, this understandable. The signage for figuring out the elevator configurations is a little sketchy but once you understand the double penthouse elevator thing it works well. The view from the room is spectacular.

We were allowed early check in as they had availability, this was a lovely gesture from the hotel. The room was worth every penny. The view...you need to experience this view, you can't pick and choose the weather, but if you get a clear day, I can imagine it's quite the spectacle. I mean, we had fog and it still wasn't ruined. The room was clean and had everything you'd need for a stay. It was on the small side, but we knew this when booking, I'd call it cosy, it's a piece of Niagara nostalgia! All staff were friendly and there was always a staff member on hand. We are at ihop, which was good, you get coupons from the hotel at various places around Niagara, it's not cheap to eat at most places. If you're here on a budget, you'd need to eat at one of the few chain restaurants like Tim Hortons or Burger King.

Room was clean, staff was nice, but no amenities it’s meant for an in and out visit but the view from the hotel was very nice

The heater was really loud! And any time a next-door room used water, you could hear drips in the pipe, which is so annoying when trying to sleep! Thankfully the Falls provided some white noise! The room was quite small but an impressive use of space. I was classiphobic in the shower though, it’s a tiny pie shape! The TV was really small, too
