Good location but the noisiest room I've ever stayed in. The room was road facing so expected some traffic noise but the room was exceptionally noisy and could clearly hear people speaking on the street below plus hhe sound if cars, busses etc. This meant it was difficult to sleep atnight time which spoilt an otherwise great hotel.

The hotel is close to some of the best neighborhoods especially if you don’t mind being in an urban area. Rooms were nice. The only disappointment was the gym but everything else was excellent.

The bathroom is a little out-dated. The walls are very thin. Noise travels from rooms next to me and can be very loud.

Room very clean, shower had very poor pressure and the mixer tap needed attention as it was difficult to change from bath to shower. Rooftop pool and solarium was very good. Disappointed that the bar closed at 10pm, even on a weekend! Goid location overall

Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially Carlos who checked us in. He provided us a detailed itinerary of what to do for the two days of our trip. We were also upgraded to a suite free of charge and the room was superb. Would highly recommend.

Location & roof terrace were excellent. Our room wasn’t a great location a single frosted internal facing window meant zero view and limited natural light. Shower water pressure was poor. Hair dryer was also poor.

The facility was excellent, that roof top view and pool was incredible. The room was great, A/C worked more than fine and we had to turn it down. The proximity to the public transport was great, and there are a lot of places to eat, and convenience stores to replenish supplies.
