Clean large room, friendly staff, good breakfast, easily walkable into old town

Clean room and friendly staff!

To leave only 1 towel in the bathroom when 2 are booked in is not what is expected in a 4 star hotel. Room generous in size but not decoration or rug meant it felt blank. This is not a bad hotel but there is enough choice so that if Bucharest again I’ll try somewhere else.

Not up to 4 star standard. Room is spacious, but the service, etc. Needs a lot more improvement.

Really great hotel. Room was extremely large and clean with a large selection of TV channels to watch. No kettle or ironing facilities (housekeeping will iron for you, but at an extra charge). Restaurant opening times is a little limited (if you want to eat later than 21:30. Very wide selection of food which was tasty.

Bed and room was generally comfortable. Furnishings are looking a little tired, Floor was laminated wood and not parfectly clean. Bathroom was very clean but Bath was crazed. Resturant closed at 9pm reception would order a take away at a premium price. Breakfast was adequete. Diner menus were varied and interesting enough butu Basic soups were not available. Wifi Good TV good

Alex from front desk was very nice and helpful every time I stayed there. Other staff was also kind, always with a smile on their face.

It was my pleasure to come back at this hotel. Quiet place. Customer service very good. Be back there any time.

Very professional customer service . Waking distance to old city

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, service was nice, conditions good, quality well worth the price. Wifi did non work properly, I could connect to the network but no internet most of the time.

Nothing at all special about this place.

When i checked in I was given my room key but when I got to the room, someone was already checked into the room. I went back to the front desk and got another room. It made me worried to leave my stuff in the room if they were to give my room to someone else. Also the whole hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. I hate when hotels say they have free parking but they only have 10 spots for a 60 room hotel. I luckily got a spot but I was then stuck at the hotel because I knew i would lose my parking spot if I left and there is not much around the hotel. The room was also not very clean.

Staff is very nice! Food in the reataurant is not very good.

Staff abrupt not friendly. There is a demolition job going on opposite the hotel and will be very dusty for a long time. It is enormous. Too far away for a nice walk as it's against traffic all the way to the old town. They didn't like me paying for extras (tea and water ) with a card as I was out of cash. I don't recommend this hotel.

Great location to central Bucharest. Lovely staff and very professional. This is my second visit and I will return again
