Rooms were too warm.

We had an amazing family trip to Tonsberg and stayed at Thon. The hotel has the perfect waterfront location, staff members were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome. The location is the best you can ask for in Tonsberg. Daily room cleaning, very good experience and we're definitely coming back.

אחלק את התגובה למספר נושאים. צוות - שירותי מאוד, אדיב ונכון לסייע. ארוחת בוקר - מעולה. מגוון פירות וירקות, ביצים וסלטים, גבינות. פשוט מעולה. מיטה - נוחה מאוד.עד כאן מצוין. המלון ממוקם ממש מעל הכניסה לאיזור הומה מסעדות וברים, ורועש מאוד בשעות הערב המאוחרות והלילה. למי שרגיש לרעשים - חבל על הזמן, החלונות כעט ואינם מבודדים מרעש. חנייה - צמודה למלון ובתשלום. נדרש לעדכן כל 3 שעות או להוריד אפליקציה, מה שכתייר לא הצלחנו לעשות. חסרון גדול. הדבר האחרון ואני מאוד מקווה שאינו מאפיין את המלון - עת הגיענו למלון נראה שלא הוחלפו מצעים בחדרים שלקחנו (נסיעה עסקית, 3 חדרים), ובאחד החדרים היו שערות על הסדין. פנינו לקבלה ונאמר לנו שיש שביתה ולכן יביאו לנו מצעים נקיים אך שאנחנו מחליף בעצמינו (!!!) היות ואנו נוסעים הרבה מעולם, אך מעולם לא נתקלנו בתגובה כזאת, והעובדה שיתה שביתה של חלק מנותני השירות במלונאות בתקופה זאת אינה מהווה תירוץ. מצעים נקיים לאחר לינה של אורח קודם זה בסיס. לא נחזור.

This was a great experience. My only comment would be the bathroom is a little small so be prepared for that. Otherwise a very good experience. Really friendly staff and gorgeous views

Front desk personnel, especially Amit the night manager, were helpful, friendly and went out of his way to help with parking and other questions we had

Honeymoon couple! We were here for a festival in Borre, so we took the bus to/from Tønsberg. Our room was super cute, clean, and cozy. The staff is very nice and helpful. We actually extended our stay for a couple of days, to see more sights in Tønsberg, relax, and we upgraded our room at this hotel! Once again, staff was very helpful doing so! Added bonus is a daily breakfast buffet, and it is a good spread, unlike some hotels who put out a few donuts, stale pastries and coffee. This property actually had bacon, potatoes, eggs, various breads, yogurts, fruits, and so on. Overall very pleased and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location in Tønsberg, you are near the pier like the boulevard, where all the restaurants, pubs, bars, and everything you need is. This is the best Hotel ive stayed in Tønsberg, and the price is good to!
