Room so close to beach! Could hear waves at all times. Breakfast was very delicious and exactly as described. Everyone was so friendly. Security made me and my daughter feel very safe. Highly recommend for any family!

Great place for a couple days, area is excellent if your wanting the Malecon, Romantic Xone all very walkable. Breakfast is not to my liking. Same food choices everyday and small. Orange juice is not nice. Staff were not able to keep up so pretty much go in and figure it out especially if you want coffee. I helped myself and just found what I needed. Cleaning ladies were fantastic. Pool is smaller but kept clean and worked for us. Beachfront is very rocky but hey Mother Nature! Worth paying for the oceanfront rooms.

Yes the ocean view was wonderful once we upgraded to a ocean view room. The pool was also enjoyable.

The ocean view was lovely; however, please do not make extra work for your guests. I had to go to the front desk each morning that I wanted to use the hairdryer, and I had to return it within 40 minutes. Also, we accidentally left the remotes in the room upon checking out, so we had to go back and get the remotes. Not fond of the plastic bracelets we had to wear for two days. Our bathroom did not have any washcloths and only three towels for a family of four. The elevator was sometimes unresponsive after the buttons were pressed. Free breakfast was confusing. You need to seek out coupons. The hotel should just offer it between certain times. Again, please do not make your guests work for standard amenities. Thank you.

We totally enjoyed our stay. Staff are great. Bar has a variety of drinks to purchase. Breakfast is new. Pool is grreat seating was fine. Only concern/disappointnent is no coffee maker or microwave in rooms. Mainly the coffee, because we are early risers as were others and no coffee available til 8:00 so we have to go wandering to find ooen coffee shops. Even if they dont put coffee makers in rooms, coffee available in lobby area somewhere would be a treat! Nice to gave coffe in room/balcony without a walk to go find some. 😀

Loved our stay. Quiet and relaxing. We would most certainly stay next time again. The breakfast was great!!!

Adequate and fairly priced

I arrived a little before 3 which 3 was check in, room wasn’t ready, the bus boy was the only person that was friendly and helpful.

Great ocean view. Only two room lights; only one worked. Poor WiFi in room; better someplaces. Plenty drinking water. Good refrigerator. Free breakfast ok but monotonous. Beach has large pebbles. Clean room. Helpful staff. 1.5 miles to center of old town; plenty of shops, restaurants, groceries conveniently nearby. We stayed for 17 days and would return.

We stayed in an ocean view room as we always have. It was so nice to get back even if it was a short stay. This will always be our last stop before flying home.

The hotel was great. Just what I wanted.

The hotel is well located near downtown on the Melecon which is a long ocean front walking area with hotels and restaurants. Its an older hotel but is is well maintained. My room was clean and spacious. It is on the beach but in this area the beach is quite pebbly. The breakfast which is included is very nice and has eggs, mexican items and fruit.

All aspects were great. Staff were very helpful and our overall experience was excellent
