There was a gym on the 8th floor and my room was below it. I woke up to the sound of someone running on a treadmill and later in the morning trying to work from my room, sounded liked weights were going to come through the ceiling. When I called reception they were quick to move me to a quiet room. Parking was $45 a night! Not much within easy or safe-feeling walk in terms of dinner options. Beautiful view from the restaurant. Lobby feels clinical and cold.

Overall a nice stay. Clean room, everything worked. Food was decent (burger very good). The proximity of the smaller bar area to the foyer's outside doors made dining while watching some sports quite cold with people coming in and out of the hotel.

Rooms were nice but the thermostat did not work and the room was chilly, beds are not great, good gym, no pool or hottub. Gorgeous views of the river valley. Definitely recommend

Room was decent , fridge was set to room temp. Upon check out i got charged for a water in the room I did not even touch, let alone open . The only real helpful person was the valet driver. Everything else 1 star. They are stealing from the guests.

Clean hotel, comfortable sleep. They have a lovely restaurant according to the menu, but I do wish it was more inclusive to dietary restrictions, such as celiac disease. I had to uber in food because there was nothing celiac friendly on the menu that was also pescatarian/vegetarian. Other than that, the staff were friendly. Wondering why I haven't received the remaining deposit back after the one night stay (aside from the parking), as I only slept in the room for 6 hours and used nothing else. I was told it would be credited back at check out. But overall, a good stay.

Parking was surprisingly expensive, I didn't see that written on any pages, but I could have missed it. Although there was a problem with our room so they voided the fee, I'm thankful for but I think it was $40 per day

Our river view room was very spacious and had been updated. The room and hotel were clean and the staff were efficient and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Great location and lovely room

Only had valet parking for 45$ a day

The free breakfast was for only 1 of our party of 3 so that sucked. Parking is an additional $45 so keep that in mind when budgeting. Also, for the cost of the room ($$$$) they still wanted an additional $25 for an hour extension/late checkout. The room was clean, the location suited our need to be very close to the convention centre. Just do not wander far on foot as the location is not very far from the "bad" area in Edmonton

No bar or hand soap in room on arrival.

Room was very spacious. Staff was great and valet parking ( for a fee) was so very worth it!!! Amazing view.

The staff here are so friendly and incredibly helpful. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel (room service) and this was also a great experience and the food was delicious. A little bit of noise from the room above and loud neighbours slamming their door but not the hotels fault. Would recommend this hotel and we will stay here again.

Room floor was dirty

We stayed in one of the Jr Executive rooms. The room is big. The bed was not comfortable for our liking as the mattress was too soft and you will sink eventually. Kids did not like the mattress as well. The sofa bed was not good at all the mattress was not usable as it was maybe too old? Not firm at all. We requested a rolling bed which was very good single bed size very good mattress. We missed the parking part which ends up to be $45 per day. Bistro not very child friendly for food. Wifi was good we were 5 with all using electronics so no complains. Tv you can login to your own Netflix. Overal due to the mattress not comfortable we might not stay there again if we don’t have to.

Great location, being able to view the river from the restaurant was a nice feature. No pool, but we would likely go back because of the staff being kind.

Immediately upon arrival the valet and front desk staff were short with us. At check in we also received no information about the hotel and its amenities with out prompting which doesn’t create a welcoming experience. The room was big which is nice.
