Better than expected in every sense except the location which is still excellent if you prefer a quiet place.

Helpfull staff

Yes breakfast was great.wholel property very clean. All staff very helpful and friendly. Some landscape work still going on, but didn't interfere with the stay.Overall lovely hotel.

Nice hotel bit far from the main cities like valletta and airport, car is a must. Pros Cleanliness, Staff - some are good and helpful, the kitchen staff were helpful and friendly. Food - Good breakfast and Dinner. Rooms with sea views and all the rooms have decent size balconies. Cons Air con in the room, changed three rooms, it is centrally controlled, you can't control in the room.Sleepless nights. Food - not much options for kids like pizza or chicken nuggets, need more options. Parking - I have nearly damaged my rental car while trying to drive on that uneven parking space.

Room was good and clean, food and facilities were good too. Only concern is drinking water which is expensive. Had to buy from elsewhere.

From the first point of contact via message to goodbye at the reception desk, everything was delightful. Appreciate an upgrade to sea view room based on your availability. Every member of staff we came across was smiley,eager to assist. Nothing was an issue or too much for them! Attentive and polite. Monish in particular with great customer service during food services.i asked for mustard sauce each morning for breakfast which was provided swiftly. We arrived late night and we received a warm welcome with quick check in. Property and room was clean and fresh. It could do with a little more direction signs internally but not an issue. My daughter was so impressed, she wrote a review and gave it to reception staff upon check out. Overall top resort with five Star product and service. Thank you for a wonderful stay and immaculate customer service. Highly recommend.

Newly built

For the price that was charged, my room was not ready with required amenities Room had no internal numbers to call for room services. Resort didn't have enough staff to support travelers.

We enjoyed staying Ramla Bay Resort. The room was spacious with velandah. I felt that room was less cleaner as I expected. Food was good and some dishes are changed every day.

Fab-u-ous! The part we stayed in has only just opened & some landscaping still taking place outside but didn't cause any issues. All the staff were brilliant, large room, spotlessly clean & the food excellent. Lovely pool area & a short walk to hop on, hop off bus stop or the hotel offers a shuttle to some locations. Couldn't fault anything, we will be going back next year.

Very good

Room was not properly furnished. One small round table plus 2 beds was the total sum of furniture in the room. Not 1 chair in the room. Walls bare, no pictures or anything??? Check in was a disaster. long queues, only 2 desks for checkin. Waited alosmt 45 minutes just to check in. Staff all curteous and no problems there.

Excellent view and spacious room, and every staff I met was kind and helpful. I got half-board service in the hotel, those were so nice! Every dinner had a variety menu that I can make a choice and enjoy meals.

I feel it's important to warn you that there is construction going on at the hotel and on the grounds. The superior room with a sea view included: construction noise (a nightmare from 8:00 a.m. onwards), noise from large air-conditioning units under the windows (a view of the construction site and the windows of the adjacent building), a very noisy ventilation system in the toilet and room (it turned on at night), a "singing toilet"... noise from the neighbors. A very uncomfortable pillow, a hot blanket. I would not recommend it to anyone.

The suite was beautiful and clean but the towels were skimpy and the bed was hard as a rock. Pools were fabulous and we were also able to snorkel of the property.
