I booked a room and breakfast for 3 people, to the hotel, the hotel said our order was only for 2 people because of that we had to pay again for breakfast. I&#39;ve been contacting cs and providing proof of breakfast payment to CS and until about mid-April until med there is no settlement, only to be asked to wait and say that the hotel has provided breakfast for 3 people. I am a loyal customer but if there is a problem there is no solution. Very disappointed!

Saya pesan kamar dan breakfast untuk 3 orang, sampai hotel, pihak hotel bilang pesanan kami hanya untuk 2 orang karena itu kami terpaksa membayar lagi untuk sarapan. Saya sudah hubungi cs dan memberikan bukti pembayaran sarapan ke CS dan sampai sekara dari april sampai med tidak ada penyelesaian, hanya disuruh tunggu terus dan dibilang bahwa pihak hotel telah memberikan sarapan untuk 3 orang. Saya termasuk pelanggan setia tetapi kalau ada masalah tidak ada penyelesaian. Sangat kecewa!
