The pool was closed, the bed was lumpy, was quite but not sure the rug was vacuumed before we went to room.

It was okay for the most part, breakfast options were decent.

Clean rooms, Good breakfast and Customer service.

They made us leave for no reason at 3am

The electrical outlets at the bedside did not work and I could not get any programs on the TV.

Having two queens and a sleeper sofa gave lots of flexibility. Good value. Quiet. Convenient ice machine and laundry down the hall.

Was good except after I booked and checked in found out pool wasn’t working so family didn’t get to enjoy that

Very findable and affordable

I had mistakenly booked for Jan 20 when I needed to stay December 20 which I did and paid again.. I was assured I would be reimbursed for the latter date when I left the hotel. Then both Hotels.com and Quality Inn and Suites refused to do so. The result was very Disappointing.

We werent really greated when we got there. Our room was ok until we pulled out the bed from the couch snd there was glitter everywhere and did not look clean. We asked for blankets and they said come to the front desk instead of bringing them to us. We were woken up at 6am by people screaming at each other and singing extremely loud then when we asked for them to be quiet they yelled at us aaying this is their town. It seemed like drugs were being used there. When we got back to our hotel the night before we could smell weed. After we checked out we were not asked about our stay and did not even get talked to at all. He took our keys and that was it. Just did not seem as welcoming as hotels i stayed at in the past.

Kinda had vibe that staff was just doing the minimum. Like shower head was dirty and just minor things that added up.

Have stayed here before since it has a pool. Had the grandkids this stay so they could swim but it was closed. Wish that had been posted when i booked the room. Unhappy grandkids.

It was ok. Room was weirdly laid out. Seems like everything was beat up. Needs some updates.
