La.altura de los pisos , mi esposa se Mareo al tener que estar subiendo hasta el piso 11 a cada rato para poder ir al cuarto y /o bajar . Nos quedaba muy lejos del hobbie y la alberca

Hotel charges for things hotels in the area DO NOT xharge for (like parking) and they force you to buy food from their restaurant

Force you buy the food from the restaurant at the hotel. This is NOT a good place to be unless you like to be forced to buy their food as you use the public areas of the hotel. As the worst is that the staff DO NOT CARE for you. Worst that robots. HORRIBLE.

Excellent place comfortable and clean

Breakfast was incredibly good! The king room bed is fantastic! Front desk was nice and helpful. 10/10

la habitacion muy limpia, tiene Gym, el area del restaurante fue renovada y quedo muy bonita, la atencion del personal estuvi super bien. realmente simepre que voy a Monterrey me Hospedo en este hotel, Recomendado.

Las habitaciones no son las que tienen aquí en la foto al menos no la habitación que yo hice booked en expedía nada parecida a la de las fotos , el edifico viejo y descuidado para mi parecer, buen servicio al cliente .

Habitación con olor a humedad, detalles de mtto en baño, falta mejorar limpieza, camas muy altas y duvet mal tendidos y arrugados. Pisos en pasillos con deterioro y de diferentes colores eso le resta imagen.

The room is very clean always, the staff personnel is nice and the hotel looks so modern with the renovations. Also the food is delicious

The lobby looks nice but thats about it. Our room was super old and the hallway on the 12th floor was ugly. Carpet on the 12th floor was peeling and very dark. I also asked for an extra pillow and they never brought it to me. First and last time staying at this hotel.

I was left several days a note in the key entrance in the door knob indicating that i had to let the housekeeper in to clean the room, (i would put the “do not disturb” sign in the door knob) I had late shifts and woke up til past 12pm take a bath and leave and would not come back to the hotel til 8 or 9pm. Frustrating, i have never had that in no other hotel. No simple old style iron in the room, i had to request it to reception and took 1 day to get it. Their steam devices are slow and leave clothing horrible. Since day one i told the receptionist to fix the closet because it did not close and they never came to fix it. Overall partially ok.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and have genuinely appreciated watching it improve. Most of the property has been beautifully renovated, and it shows. Unfortunately, this stay was a frustrating exception. I was placed on the top floor, which has not yet been renovated. The room felt very dated, but the bigger issue was visible water damage and a noticeable mold smell. My allergies flared badly throughout my stay and I struggled to sleep. I requested a room change multiple times and was told nothing was available. On my last night they finally moved me to a renovated room, and the difference was immediate. My allergies cleared up and I slept well for the first time during the trip. I want to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt because the overall trajectory is positive. But placing guests in rooms with mold and then leaving them there for multiple nights despite complaints is a health issue that needs to be addressed. I hope management takes the top floor seriously before other guests go through the same experience.

Would love to start by saying that the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and fhat the remodel they did to the ground floor lobby turned out great, it really looks amazing. Having said that, not one dollar went into the bedrooms, and it shows. Unfortunately, the bedroom had a nasty rat-excrement-like smell when we turned on the AC (which was off as soon as we entered the room at 8pm check-in). That was an awful start of our stay. The black out curtains were really dusty, the underside of the bed was full of dust and hair, the floor felt sticky, overall cleanliness couldve been improved. The bathroom was ok, although the SC vent was very dusty. Overall, I wish I had made a different choice of stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.
