Room had odor, bedding was not ironed,wash needed sanitized

When we came for breakfast at 7am it appeared that there was no breakfast. Only staples in there holding containers - nothing fresh or cooked.

No parking for large-scale vehicles. Free Breakfast was too late(7:30-9:30) am. So we could not have it.

The property was aging and dilapidated. Definitely should get a renovation m!!!

Property needs some serious upgrades and cleaning. 2 stars at best

The staff was exceptional. When I discovered that I had only booked one night and needed two, they were very helpful and I stayed my two nights, without changing rooms.

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. Upon arriving in my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were stained, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation, regardless of price point. Cleanliness should be a basic standard, and this was a major concern. In the morning, I went to the breakfast room during the advertised hours, only to find that there was no food available. This was frustrating and inconvenient, especially as breakfast was one of the amenities that influenced my decision to stay here. To make matters worse, I spent a significant portion of the night listening to a neighboring guest who appeared to be under the influence and going through withdrawal. The noise and disturbance made it nearly impossible to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. I had booked two nights here. In the morning I tried to cancel my second night and they refused a refund. So I left and booked a room at a neighbouring hotel a paid for my second night even tho I wasn’t there. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. Between the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and disruptive environment, I would not recommend staying here.

Continental breakfast could have been better, was only toast, yogurt and cold cereal. The rooms were clean and bed was comfy. Carpet in hall was old and stained.

Heating was sufficient. Parking was great

Had a booking and was supposed to arrive before midnight. However the road going west from Golden to Revelstoke was closed due to avalanche control. So, I had no choice but to stay in Golden overnight instead. Called next day explained the situation and they refused to not charge me for the night. It was clearly a case of unable to arrive at hotel. What sort of management decision to charge for an unexpected circumstance. I hope your hotel makes a good profit from an unethical business practice. I shall avoid your hotel and similar chain. Hope the public are aware of this.

The place is spotless, comfortable. Stay was easy, and memorable. Highly recommended.

No hot tub no microwave had to ask for more towels soap and coffee

great spot with convenient amenities we liked the close proximity to everything and is dog friendly would recommend staying

It was great

The bathroom was dirty there were hairs in the shower and a yellow substance stuck to the wall. The floor trim was noticeably dirty and in our non-smoking room the bedspread had a cigarette burn mark on it.

The room was clean and spacious the bed was a bit on the soft side and the breakfast left a a bit to be desired and not even any coffee.

No microwave

Staff was good!! Room needs to be renovated!! Numerous maintenance issues! Price was the main reason we stayed there.

The room was good and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The staff were great and kind. Above par in our opinion. Unfortunately they are facing an uphill battle because of decisions, I believe made by the owners. The lesser stars/opinion are because of this. I arrived at the breakfast @ 9:31 am.
