I booked the room with the understanding they give rooms to Thunder Bay locals as my friend got a room there before, unfortunately they don't and I was left without anywhere to stay that night.

Beds were great. Rooms were clean and tidy. Paint colors in the hallway aren’t appealing. Staff was friendly.

The ground floor rooms can be real cold as the door going outside contracted during winter and the cold air floods in. The staff Ryan was helpful in moving my room upstairs which was much better.

The person who checked us in was very helpful and wonderful. We had encountered an unnecessary problem at another hotel, so we went down the street to the Super 8, which was reasonably priced. He checked us in with no problem.
