The sheets were wrinkled and it was noisy

We was fine with the baseball team there but it needs to be a cut off for kids at 10 they playing up and down the halls then Saturday night a guest was playing music so loud we thought a band was at the hotel they told him about he started back at 430 Sunday morning

We absolutely loved our stay room was very clean and service w people were very nice and understanding because I had to book another night. I’m willing to come back in a couple of weeks.

Quick trip

Not sure why this hotel had such a high rating, their friends and family must have rated it. The hotel was renovated but just on the surface. It was one of the dirtest hotels I've ever stayed in. The beds were itchy and the coverlet looked like it had never been washed. We itched all night, I don't know what they wash their sheets in but it should be recalled by the manufacturer. I'm attaching pictures of the mattresses...they need to be burned.

The rooms and property were clean. I'm sorry the beds were not comfortable at all. But good enough for a one night stay.

The people working the front desk talked all night long. This wouldn’t have been a problem, but my room was right next to the front desk (101). Took me forever to fall asleep and had an early morning work event the next morning.

Pretty basic. Hand basin to wash hands is not in the bathroom for aome reason.

Very nice staff

It was ok for one night but really sad we had to pay so much for such a mediocre hotel. Coming from Denton I was shocked at the quality for the amount we paid. I could have paid that much and staying in a 4 star hotel in Denton. I guess maybe it’s because there are not a lot of hotels in the area which is really unfortunate. I am hoping we never have to stay there again for that price.

The room was clean. Good stay for 2 nights.

I was not at all impressed with the breakfast, cereal, chocolate muffins, and a waffle maker.

The only complaint is our toliet. I flushed and it would just keep running water a lot and was loud. A little outdated but honestly was fine.

Staff was very friendly and polite. Facility is outdated and it met our needs for one short night.

Well lit spacious parking that is monitored by cameras. The lobby is very clean and updated, staff is excellent and so courteous. The room was super clean and updated, the hotel was very quiet and the bed was very comfy.

Was okay for what you pay!
