Great value and location

My friend and I stayed here for the Bruno Mars concert and it was great! The staff was super sweet and there's good food stops nearby.

The building looks very nice on the outside and the lobby is nice but the staff at the front desk wasn’t nice at all. They tried to charge me even though I prepaid and after telling them I prepaid they “did me a favor” and looked into it. The room was dirty - they don’t even use fitted sheets just flat sheets on the cheapest kind of mattress that left even the kids with backaches. I’d never stay there again.

Everything from the room, the staff and the amenities were awesome. We were down there for a concert and had not taken the subway before the staff gave awesome directions that were very precise and impacted our trip a lot Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel for anybody attending an event at the Rogers stadium.

This hotel is a good location if you are attending a concert at Rogers Stadium. The room was clean and the staff were good. I was disappointed when my room wasn’t cleaned. I was told they only clean every other night. I wasn’t told that at check in. The price $499/night was overpriced for being over an hour from downtown.

The room was very clean however, the sheets and the pillows had a horrible odor. It smelled like dirt like body odor. I think they were embedded in the actual pillows, so it was hard to want to lay my head on it. The air conditioner had a hum that sounded like an airplane engine in the room all night long it would turn off and on, but when it did turned on, it was incredibly difficult to sleep. They did send someone up to look at it, but the person thought that it sounded fine to them. Some of the electrical outlets were not working. I had an electrical outlet by my bed where I wanted to plug in my cell phone and of course it did not work. They did have a usb port to plug in my phone however, my it was very outdated and unusable. Overall, the stay was OK, but I did find those things very annoying.

All of the staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional! Would definitely recommend your hotel for any future travels. Thank you for a very nice and comfortable stay!

Great staff, clean room and great amenities

Ar first I was in a room with a very annoying AC unit... The folks at the front desk had maintenance take a look and it wasn't something they couldn't fix right away and assigned me one right next door easy peasy! Parking was free and many spots were available too! The only downer there wasn't complimentary coffee in the morning 😞. Plus we stayed multiple days and the room wasn't cleaned and there was a need for more towels. You expect more from a Courtyard by Marriott...

Clean, located close to transit, limited interaction with staff was very good

We stayed here because we were going to a concert at Rogers stadium, hotel was clean, staff was great. Midnight person working the desk he wasn't the friendliest but everyone else was. Great location, would stay again

Room was neatly clean, staff was genuine, Wi-Fi was good, no free breakfast though but overall was pretty good

I didn't receive the room that was selected off of Expedia... And there were some issues with rowdy guests. All in all staff were good to deal with. Parking lot was a bit crowded because they had numerous spots blocked off from construction.

Could hear the people from the neighbouring room which was annoying, but staff quickly resolved the issue once we called the front desk.

The room was good but just provided the necessary stuffs, no slippy, no wine glass.

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Sofa bed had chips from previous guest under cushions, table by desk had food all over it. Not very sound proof, kids running and yelling up and down the hallway a good chunk of the evening. I get that kids need something to do and wasn’t when we were trying to sleep but very loud and distracting from our room.

Spacious, clean and well kept property. Lots of free parking and close to ttc transit
