Rooms not cleaned during stay.. OK. But bins not even empties. Check-in was nit welcoming at all. Snd next morning I tried to speak to reception staff, and wad made to feel I had disturbed him. No other clients were around. Just me and two staff at the desk.

good location, breakfast with enough variety, I think overall is a good deal for the money

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Yes, it's quite old and feels that way, but our room was large, comfortable and had a nice view outside. The location is OK for trains and walks, The receptionist who greeted us was the most friendly, helpful person we've experienced in that position.

If you want just a queen bed then this place is ok. No mini fridge. No tea or coffee in the room. When we walked in , there was a fly buzzing around and went and asked the staff for fly spray and they just said no. My husband and I tried for an hour to get this fly out of the window , but didn’t succeeded. Very basic place .

I thought Ibis Namur Centre was an excellent value. The rooms are very clean but on the small side particularly the bathroom. However they are functional enough and I’ve certainly seen smaller in European big cities like London and Rome. The big values in this Ibis start with the very helpful staff. There is a nice selection of snacks, plus a small hotel bar/coffee shop and breakfast area in main lobby. Connected to the hotel is a good Italian restaurant called La Roma. With the price value, helpful staff, food/drink options on site and cleanliness, it’s a very functional hotel for a 2-4 day stay. I give it a definite thumbs up. Also easily walkable to many restaurants and tourist sites!

The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center. The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge. I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay.

Perfectly fine budget city hotel. Clean , decent breakfast and well located.

Siisti ja rauhallinen huone, erittäin hyvät sängyn ja maistuva tuore aamupala. Sijainti on hyvä, rauhallinen katu mutta julkinen liikenne on lähellä.

Nice and clean, everything worked as it should. Nice temperature. All good.

Für vergessene Zahnbürste musste ich EUR 6.00 bezahlen...

Goede locatie, alleen het personeel had me niet echt welkom geheten bij aankomst. Ook was de airco niet echt goed in koelen.

La chambre est plus grande que sur le photos , très bel hotel , personnels vraiment agréables. Petit dej sympa. Bon emplacement, bemole plur le parking qui est fermé a l arrivé.
