It’s a great airport hotel, a lot of good restaurants and the the breakfast buffet was amazing with a lot of food options and great staff.

Staff very cooperative

The JW staff and accommodations are top notch. The hotel is lovely and the personnel elevate the definition of hospitality. Ahmed at the front desk worked with me to resolve issues I had with Hotels.com, Mahmoud kindly anticipated my every need at breakfast each day, and Moustafa provided excellent service and suggestions at the Mirage Cafe in the evenings. My suggestions is to skip hotels.com entirely and book directly on their website.

Excellent stay as usual

Great hotel and great front desk staff, specially the concierge Samir. Location is fantastic near airport. Breakfast staff are too eager to please but sometimes it is a bit annoying. Disappointment: there is smoking area in the breakfast buffet area.

Beautiful, well-seasoned upscale hotel, convenient to airport and easy access to travel from outer rings to anywhere in Egypt without needing to deal with old downtown Cairo traffic

Amazing stay really good food will book again

What I liked about it was that everyone was friendly and that the staff treated every guess as if they were FAMILY!!!

As you would expect from a big Marriott complex. Safe, efficient, well trained staff… but you could be anywhere.. these big hotels lack real character as hard as they try.

It's a five-star hotel but quite dated, and the furniture needs updating. The breakfast buffet is satisfactory, but it could be improved.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff going above and beyond. The location was convenient to the airport, the famous sites, and shopping. Also enjoyed the amenities offered on site.
